I think this place is a bit over hyped. I have never once gotten hot food here. Always lukewarm and fries cold. The chicken is more dry than juicy with the big bun it makes it hard to swallow. The soda is always flat. I got a shake once and it separated while I was still driving home and just bad.

Great burgers but the super star is the chicken sandwich. It has a spicy ranch and fresh crunchy banh mi veggies. Get it with extra veggies! The fries are great and the daily special is always worth the trip. My favorite is the blueberry bomber. A chicken sandwich with a waffle bun with a blueberry sauce. SO good. Make sure to ask for an extra Nonla Sauce or two to dip your fries and burger in. The wings also are amazing (but spicy). My kids love the burgers with only nonla sauce. When they were younger we would order them without seasoning on the patty and Nonla was always so accommodating.

I ordered the Nonla Chicken Sandwich combo and was not disappointed. The chicken breast and breading were some of the freshest I’ve had in a long time. The crunch of the breading and the juiciness of the chicken were top-notch. Their fries are also very good! If you haven’t yet, give them a try (and have a fry)!

This would be my 3rd time having their spicy crispy sandwich in one week. Goodness that was good everytime, which makes go back to the store again and again. It is not expensive at all. Only $6-7. Their service is good as well. But in busy time, their behaviour can get little off, which is totally understandable. But still a little smile while talking would not take too much time. Well again, I am not complaining. I wouldn’t have given five star if I would complain. They are nice.

We’ve been coming here pretty regularly for the last few years, driving about 45 minutes into town to get to either of their Kzoo locations. Amazing fried chicken sandos—make sure to get them the Nonla way. We have loved trying the newer menu additions—the brussel sprouts are the perfect combination of sweet and spicy.

These burgers are really good. Great sauce there is on the burgers. The Nonla burger has Jalepenos on them, fresh ones they are so good. The meals come with a boatload of French fries. They are my favorite kind of fries too, where they don’t peal the skin off the potatoes & cooked perfectly crisp on the outside & fluffy on the inside.

Our first visit based on reviews & recommendations. Was NOT impressed, was expecting so much more, but no flavor. Don’t waste your time. Go to Bell’s & get their smash burger, SO MUCH BETTER. Feel lined I wasted callers calories & money, however, the staff were super nice & friendly so it’s got that going for them. Sorry, was just really disappointed. 🙁
