Nonni’s Pizza gave my fiance and I THE WORST food poisoning we have ever experienced in our lives. The owner said we could get a refund through Slice, the app where we ordered. I called Slice and the owner denied the refund. Do not eat here unless you have a lot of PTO time saved up at work.

***EDIT***: The owner actually called me later in the evening and we were able to discuss the issue. Both of us were able to gain perspective on where the other was coming from and he even offered a free pizza for next time if I wanted. I appreciate this follow up in communication from the owner and know he is working to do his best.

Shaking my head. I was told that the delivery driver went to a similar address to my own. WHY? The address that is similar to my own is not in their delivery radius. Now I am enjoying my cold fries and cold pizza. Terrible.

Super sad to have to post this review because the food is really good and we’ve never had problems until tonight! My husband and I placed an order through GrubHub like we usually do. Right when the food was supposed to be here my husband’s phone started ringing off the hook. We could only assume it was the driver calling because the call kept dropping after more than a minute each time with my husband answering and not getting a response. Finally we called back on my phone and got through to the driver. He INSISTED that the food had been left on our porch and would not believe us when we said it wasn’t here. We realize our address can be tricky because the next town over has the same street and address, but not the same house numbers, which we tried to explain. The driver absolutely would not listen, so I called the store. The person I spoke to was not helpful at all, just in a rush to get me off the phone and offered no solution other than he needed to wait until the driver got back to find out where he left the food. Nowhere around here, that’s for sure! We checked outside 5 times, including I went out as soon as the first call came through, nothing there and no cars obviously pulled over for a short time.

I ordered a Greek salad for delivery and received a chef salad. Upon calling the restaurant about the mistake, they first denied they made a mistake. Once they did acknowledge it was incorrect, the wanted me to RETURN THE SALAD to get a refund. I would not feel comfortable ordering from here again knowing they can be giving you food that was returned from another customer. Also the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and difficult to converse with very poor customer service. I had to just hang up the phone because the conversation was unproductive.

The delivery was an hour late, food was soggy and they forgot the ranch dressing for the wings- when I called about the lateness they first said the driver was stuck in traffic & when I called again a half hour after that they didn’t answer (caller Id)

Been coming to Nonni’s fairly frequently for about a year. The store itself is always kept clean, and you can see the kitchen from the cash register and it’s clearly well-kept. The owner is a great guy and always sitting at the register waiting to greet you, always smiling and clearly loves what he does. Not to mention the pizza is spectacular, and the fries (I recommend the buffalo cheese fries) are amazing- like nothing you’d expect from a place known for pizza. Service and food are both A+ and I’m lucky to have it so close to my house!
