Noodle Art in Monterey Park offers a captivating culinary experience straight from Xi’an, China. This new restaurant, specializing in biangbiang noodles and regional delicacies, is a testament to the passion and skill of its chef/owner, Xibao Wen. With over three decades of experience in his province of Shaanxi, Wen brings a wealth of expertise to his first venture in the U.S.

First time trying this place. I’ll give the pork burger 3/5 because the bun was a little dry, the shedding pork was pretty oily but tasty. The cold noodles with chili oil was okay. But the spicy braised beef noodles was so good, not too spicy and had a level of numbness. I’ll come again if I’m around this area!

I’m a Chinese immigrant to the United States for two years. It’s the first time I’ve had such delicious Chinese food. It’s the first time I’ve tasted authentic China overseas in two years! The meticulous care and considerate service of the waitress, Miss Beauty, makes me feel very warm and warm, and dining in this restaurant is very homely! Very very good!

I’d give it a 3.8 rating if I could. The place wasn’t bad or anything. The prices are really good and cheap and it’s an easy in and out stop for a quick noodle lunch. Their speciality is in noodles, and the dishes are slightly spicy! We got the Chinese style hamburger with lamb meet and noodles. The vibe and ambience is very family and cozy vibes. Parking is easy and There are people outside the restauarant soliciting sometimes but overall a decent lunch place!

Update: tried hand cut / biang biang noodles elsewhere – including popular influencer spots – and Noodle Art is still my fav!! I love trying the dry noodle options while my husband adores their noodle soups. Still need to try their massive plate of braised chicken noodle which looks amazing!!

The family enjoyed the order which was predicated to one of those YouTuber food travelers. Michael ? You gotta see pics. The fresh noodles were tasty and handmade quality is evident. Seasoned with turmeric and cumin etc..Just yummy overall. Loved the cold noodles on this warm summer day. Lamb soup with pita bread was seasoned just right. But not too enticing. There were a lot of missing items I would have liked to try, but they were red inked out as in the pics. A hole in the wall of some sort , but yet again, If you like fresh noodles , this place is alright if you’re in the area. As always post where ever your palate takes you.

This is a western style hotel with authentic taste. It comes from Xi’an, an ancient city in China. The hotel area is very small, but there are many seats and many guests. The food here is very delicious, and the meat pie is also very delicious. I like it here and I often eat it.

For a Szechuan place, there are great options with no chili sauce. I had gone with two friends who don’t really eat spicy and they were able to find food to suit their palate. I got noodles with spicy sauce and the flavor was slightly tart and savory. My favorite was the stir-fried cabbage. $10 for a plate, amazing flavor and crunch. They’re known for their noodle soups with lamb and beef but I don’t eat lamb so I passed on that. The have mung bean in the drink fridge and I really appreciated it wasn’t too sweet.
