Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese noodle soup with fresh rice noodles, egg noodles, and spinach noodles! We also serve delicious Boba.
We do get very busy and we often have a huge volume of tickets the fulfill well past our 8:00 pm closing time. Therefore, we may need to stop dine-in and/or take out at anytime. Also on high demand days, we may run out of some menu items. This is due to the fact that we make our food items fresh daily which limits us to a certain amount of food that we can produce per day. Not to mention we have a TINY kitchen 🙁

After making a 6hr drive up to Mammoth, my family and I were having huge cravings for noodles and this one is the only one that was a short drive from our inn. Their cuisine seems like a mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, Than and Laos, so I wouldn’t say this is a pho restaurant, but rather an Asian noodle restaurant.

Got a takeaway of the only dry noodles on the menu so that I can eat on the car – this place does not disappoint. The portion is huge, and the food is just nicely seasoned – the pork chasiew is as good as the ones I would have in Asia back home!

Tasty, simple, focused. This place serves about 8 dishes, no appetizers. Of those 8, 7 are variations on soup noodles. 1 they call the Noods is just noodles, BBQ pork, and garnish. We found the rare beef pho to be plentiful and tasty. A large The Noods didn’t nearly match the portion of the soup, and left me hungry. We’d come back.

Now I read other reviews about this place prior to writing my own. In fact, they’re the reason I’m writing this one. I don’t know what some of these people are talking about, but this place is incredible. My family has been coming to Mammoth regularly since 2018. We only stopped by this place for the first time yesterday evening at around 5:30pm. It was crowded & I think we got lucky with being seated right as a party had left. Service was outstanding despite the crowd, we had water immediately & our glasses were never empty. The food blew me away. A light broth full of flavor. Anyone claiming they don’t make their own broth is flat out lying. This is my new favorite spot in town & I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Very good Pho! I wasn’t really a fan of the chicken, but it was not bad. There was dark meat which I do not prefer but overall the pho and flavors were very good. There was also condiments already on the table for you to use which was nice. We waited about 10 minutes for our food and the staff was very friendly

Cute, local phô spot. I was greeted warmly and had a nice rare beef phô, a little on the heavy side, which hit the spot after spending a whole day on the snowy mountain. The place looked pretty clean and the staff worked well together. I was a party of one.
