I was entering and a guy was standing out front smoking and asked if I already placed an order. No, idea he worked there but the smell of cigarette smoke was disgusting!!! Only 2 people were eating inside and you scan your order and the Marlboro Man delivers it. There was no way he washed his hands because he started helping me right away. I went there at 1pm ish. I ordered seafood pho with extra shrimp and the total was $22! So, the portion size was very small for the price. The container was half full and only 2 scallops, 2 small pieces of crab meat and 6 shrimp. Total not worth the price. The broth was delicious but not a value at all. Between the cigarette smoke and high price I see why it wasn’t busy. There are other local places that offer more value and just as good. Totally will not go back, plus the guy needs to be shown food handling and hygiene 101!!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty good food! Delicious flavors and nice ambiance. The prices were competitive with other Asian cuisine locally. The only slight complaint I have is about the fact that there are no waiters. They do have someone to bring a drink to you, but everything is electronic, including payment. Thsi can be difficult for a few reasons, the most frustrating for me being that it puts people out of work. Of course, I’m sure they have their reasons. Other than that it was excellent and I would recommend!

Food was absolutely delicious! Had the teriyaki chicken. It came out sizzling with sauteed onions, good sauce and went well with their fried rice. My sister and nephew also thoroughly enjoyed their chicken fried rice meal…and mine.

Our family chose Noodle Shack for lunch. Seating was quick as they just opened. We used their online to order which is kinda odd but our server all but willing to answer any questions. Our order arrived in a timely manner and the appearance was appetizing. There were complaints from my family. My selection was very good but a bit bland, although I would try it again. One thing that rubbed me the wrong way about the ordering process. Once everyone chooses their food. It’s time to pay and also pay the tip. I think most of us like to tip at end of the meal.

This was my first time at the Noodle Shack and it was so good! My boyfriend and I got the wings, shrimp buns, and summer rolls. The wings were our least favorite, because they weren’t seasoned well. The sauce was great, but the wings weren’t. The shrimp buns were SO good. Summer rolls were refreshing and light. My ramen was the Thai red curry and it was spicy, but really flavorful! His was the spicy seafood ramen. His was more broth like while mine was creamy. Both were good! I definitely recommend trying if you’re looking for a place to get good ramen.

I spent a weekend in Lititz and I stopped at the Noodle Shack for dinner, this was an amazing experience! The customer service was a 10/10. The food was so tasty and and restaurant was so clean and neat! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NOODLE SHACK
