Great place! Nice atmosphere, decent parking. The robot waiter was so cute. Szechwan noodles were my favorite. Was spicy but not crazy and did not need water for it immediately. Noodles are handmade and you might even be able to see them stretching the dough. I tried the braised beef one as well and you got a lot of meat and it was super tender and flavorful. Soup dumplings were alright. Lots of meat and a bit of soup but not very flavorful and a bit overpriced for 6 in my opinion. Overall it was good and I would come back!

The food was delicious, among the things we ordered, the spicy beef tendon was really good so I definitely will come back for that lol, the robot server was so cute, the Beijing noodle was not very tasty, everything else was good.

Overall a fun experience with the robot server and being able to see the chef hand pull the noodles. The noodles were pretty good, but the lamb kabobs were mostly fat and barely any meat…I know fat adds flavor but it was 90% fat and only 10% lamb meat, which isn’t amazing for the price. But hey, maybe you enjoy fat over meat and it might just be the kabob for you.

Some of the best dumplings and soup I’ve ever had. They make the noodles fresh and you can see them making them. The soup dumplings are delicious and the Szechuan noodle soup is amazing they have a robot that brings your food to you. That is pretty neat .

Ordered Handmade Beef Noodle Soup 兰州牛肉 ($11.99), Lamb Noodle Soup 滋补羊肉烩面 ($11.99), Beijing Noodle 老北京炸酱面 ($10.99). The homemade noodles are good. Kids love Beijing Noodle. We like the Lamb Noodle Soup the best among the three but unfortunately it was warm when it came to the table. Handmade Beef Noodle Soup is unfortunately on the plain side, even though it was the one of the popular items listed on the store. Thus the 4 stars.
