Great customer service here, I sat down and ate, and the cashier took my order and brought it to my table. She was really nice and very helpful in answering all my questions, being it’s my first time here. As for the food, I’d say it is mediocre and not having as much flavor as I thought it would. But honestly, it’s like a fast food version of Asian cuisine, knowing that now I’d expect exactly what was given. Once I ordered the food, it was ready within 5 or so min. Out of what I purchased, I think the dumplings were decent, and if I were to come again, that’ll probably be the only thing I order. The noodles were just not all that great, but again, my expectation was a restaurant, not fast food style. Overall, it’s okay if you’re not a person who likes too much seasoning or anything in their noodle, then you’d probably like it here. If you like it to be flavorful, you may need to add your own seasonings to it.

After visiting this restaurant, I have to say that the overall experience was rather mediocre. The taste of the food was average, lacking any standout flavors that would make it memorable. What disappointed me even more was the small portion sizes. Despite paying $12 for a regular meal, I found the quantity to be insufficient and left me feeling unsatisfied. Considering the taste and portion size, it didn’t feel like a good value for the price. From my experience, I can’t say I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a satisfying meal that justifies the cost.

From my experience, I definitely feel the food here is a hit or miss. I’ve tried several pastas and the ones with pesto sauce are what I prefer the most. Considering the portions, the prices are a bit high. You basically get a container filled half way and their “side salad” can literally be finished in a few bites. Noodles & co is ok for a quick meal but you can definitely find better pastas at local restaurants.

Using plastic dishes for eat in, meatballs add on no better than bulk items from Costco, cheap salty, Italian dish seemed to have ramen noodles, very chewy texture, hardly any vegetables, sauce was passable, cheese on top dry consistency. Overall disappointed, haven’t eaten here in a while, remember it being better, oh well, cashier was pleasant, that was the highlight.

I usually love this place. I always order the same thing, because it’s so good. I get the Monte blanc alfredo with the chicken and cheese bread. The very first time it was salty as hell, but it was good. This time my dish was not edible. Usually the chicken has a hard crust so when put in the sauce it’s still chicken. This dish the chicken was extra soft falling apart in the dish. All mushy I didn’t eat it. I just ate the noodles. I also bought a med salad. This is my second time ordering. The first time I was pleasantly surprised. This time my lettuce was all dead and brown I didn’t eat that either. The cook from last night needs to be fired, the chick whom checked it and put tops on this mediocre meal needs to go too….I’m just upset I wasted my money last night. And I gave a tip…I ordered online

We ordered the Pad Thai noodles and customized the Lean-guini.It’s just okay, nothing exciting.The noodles were not up to my expectations nor were they consistent with original Pad Thai version.The service was good and staff friendly.Received our order on time and as requested however not my favorite since the portions given are very less for the price tag and the taste sub par.Overall an average place for quick noodle cravings!

Very poor quality. I came during dinner time around 6pm, for take out. First time trying this company. I ordered the Wisconsin macaroni and cheese, added meatballs to it, and an order of cheesy garlic bread. The macaroni and cheese was the best part, but it was not good quality. The cheese on top was ok, but there really was no cheese sauce on the pasta at all. The meatballs added were dry, clearly old, and not tasty at all. I didn’t finish them. They are clearly some pre-made take out of a bag and heat up kind. The cheesy garlic bread was terrible. It seemed old as well, the cheese on top seemed like a separate layer just thrown on top, and any melted cheese was super rock hard.
