Came in to eat dinner with the family. Girl at register was in a bad mood and rude. Got our food. One order or Mac and cheese was room temperature and cheese wasn’t melted. Kids meals both came with broccoli that looked like it was heated days ago and the bottoms were moldy. Steak was chewy and fatty. Not very happy.

I order here quite often….my meals are pretty good but not lately. I mind as well have ordered a small instead of a regular because I feel like that’s the portion I received!!! No effort into making the food. The last time I ordered my noodles were dry/sticky. Not very flavorful. The meals have been very inconsistent!

I can appreciate order priority but the lack of recognition of those 7 or so people waiting for 10+ minutes was unfortunate as I enjoy the food. Went elsewhere and likely will avoid this location for fear of repeat.

Any time I am in the area this is a stop. Everything is always spot on. Service is fantastic the staff is super friendly. There in knowledge will on the menu and will help you make your selection if you’re not too sure what you want. My daughter and I love stopping there. And Noelle is the best employee, always super happy and greets you with a SMILE and checks on you when you are eating to make sure everything is okay. I eat out a ton, check out my pictures @roboace on all social media. So I give this place my STAMP OF APPROVAL! Now maybe I can get a free meal. Haha. Check them out. Korean Beef and Thai Curry are my top two. Plus the dumplings.

I ordered dinner, and while it was made quickly, it was wrong and instead of the young, immature “kids” that work there, fix the order, they argued with my fiancée and actually started laughing at him, including the “manager” who was not only unprofessional with my fiancée, but me as well on the phone!! This has happened the last 3x’s that I ordered from here! I will absolutely NEVER order from them again! Not unless they hire adults and not immature children to very young (supposed) adults to save some money!

First time experiencing this restaurant. The noodles were a little more al dente then I like but the potion size was sufficient but not overly robust. The highlight was the young lady who took our order. She was kind patient and understood it was our first time. She explained everything and suggested the app which came with a free treat. Awesome job NC. Can’t wait to go back.
