This place is an absolute disgrace. We ordered online. The food was supposed to be ready in 10-15 mins. We arrived a few minutes after the expected time and the food was not ready. It took another almost 20 minutes for the food to be ready. There was not a line. There was not a lot of people waiting to be served. But there was a chef that you could see just sitting on his cell phone in the back laughing and giggling away as our food still wasn’t being prepared. This is not our first time in there or our first time being disappointed. We decided to give them another try after not having been in quite some time. We will not patronize or recommend this place again.

This isn’t the first time the service and my order has been messed up. It took me 6 months to try them again and guest what. My order was messed up again. They are a train wreck! First I ordered online with a pick up time of 10-15 Minutes. I walked in and half of my food was on the counter made and the last dish wasn’t. 30 minutes later they cooked my last dish. Now all the other food is cold.. all they said was I’m sorry, they didn’t offer to remake it or make any amends. I get home and my order is incorrect. I ordered two proteins (there was none in my order), I ordered extra sauce and there was none. Needless to say, I will never step foot in the Waldorf location again and I will let everyone who will listen know to not patronize that location. They messed up twice and offered nothing for their incompetence.

I’ve been a fan of Noodles and Company for quite a few years now. This location in particular, is one of the good ones. I’ve been here a few times and that’s all it’s taken for the staff to recognize me and just about know my order! Even with a slight issue on a recent visit, the assistant GM, personally came and talked to me after seeing me come in to give the place another shot. That’s the kind of customer service that warrants customer loyalty. Jackie was super nice made sure we were happy customers.

I haven’t been to Noodles & Company in a minute. Especially not since I moved to into the area. Let’s just say that this location did not disappoint. The cashier (I didn’t get her name) was extremely friendly and provided great service. She made us feel very welcomed.

I ordered pick up. When i got there No one talked to me when i came in instead i had to go out of my way to get someone’s attention. I paid nearly $11-12 for the 3 cheese tortellini dish. It came with 7 tortellini the size of a quarter. 😐 If i learned anything it’s to never eat here and to ALWAYS look at my foot before I leave.

I’m not sure if they were running low of the lettuce for the Caesar salad, but my Caesar salad bowl was indeed last than half full. It definitely was not worth the price I paid for it. Also, the bread tasted like it had been made earlier during the day, and my zucchini noodle bowl was very bland. I’m not very happy with my order, and it’ll definitely be the last time ordering from this location.

Raw chicken was served on our to go order. Called establishment and the staff member proceeded to state “next time you need to ask for well done” isn’t chicken supposed to be well done at a temp of 165 anyway? The fact that the chicken was VISIBLY PINK and it made it out of the kitchen, to a prep station and served is reckless. Temp anything that comes out of your kitchen SPECIALLY chicken. Salmonella outbreak waiting to happen; review and ENFORCE your HACCP ASAP. Manager apologized and gave refund when I returned to the store with salad.

Five Stars: Best noodles and company in MD. Why you ask… because of Jackie. She played a sufficient role in my continuing to patronize this company. As I was highly annoyed learning both my absolute favorite entrees were removed ♀️ So on this visit she stepped in to make other delightful recommendations which are not so bad. Plus her pleasant smile accompanied with that above and beyond customer service attitude was wonderful! Keep up the great work Jackie. Good to see there are still caring people in your profession.
