Just like every other noodles franchise this one is very consistant with their food quality, atmosphere and staff. The parking is more than adequate and the staff is friendly and pleasant. I recommend ordering ahead if your in a rush to save some time. Your food is prepared and ready sitting on the pickup shelf. They are usually very good about their estimated ready times.

I go here a decent amount since my work is nearby. Normally I would address this directly with the manager but didn’t see one on duty today. I usually get the same thing every time so I know the order isn’t just noodles, chicken, and sauce. There wasn’t a sign indicating they were out of the other ingredients.

Pretty tasty noodles. Especially love the pad thai with chicken. The green curry is pretty authentic as well, however the prices are quite expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. If you download the app you can save a lot of money occasionally.

I ordered a Pad Thai. Erica, at the cash register, said, “Do you have a gluten allergy?” I didn’t mention that to her, she saw me looking at a gluten free menu while I was in line. And I said, “I’m not celiac but try to avoid it.” Then she told someone in the kitchen that she would clean a pan before cooking. That is top notch consideration and it was so appreciated. If I could give zero stars I would! I recommend checking your food if your ever going to eat here. I ordered dinner with my family and I was eating the Alfredo, all the sudden I feel something cutting my tongue! It was a sharp piece of plastic in my food!! Thank god I didn’t swallow it I would have been in the ER! This is crazy, I will never be coming here EVER again.

I love noodles and company in general, but I want to compliment this location specifically. I work in Eldersburg so it’s not unusual for me to order lunch here every week (sometimes more than once) and it is always great. They pay attention to detail, honor little requests, and always have the order ready on time. Easily one of the best lunch spots in the entire town.

The last three times I have visited Noodles and Company, my order took over 30 min. to prepare and it was wrong. I have gotten faster service at a sit-down restaurant. I have tried ordering on line, and in person, either way I am waiting in the store for over 30 min. No offer was made to correct for the delay. They did offer to correct the error in the order, but the one time I took them up on that, it too another 20 min.

The food took forever and then was grossed out as I watched the workers touch food without gloves. The workers do not wear gloves while making the food or touching your items (for example adding shredded cheese from a bowel on your meal using your hands). I hope they wash their hands immediately before touching food, but still touching your clothes or face then food is unsanitary.
