I ordered online, 10 minutes later picked up the food. This was my first time trying Noodles and Company. I had the Pad Thai with Tofu. It was delicious and very filling, I couldn’t finish it all! I will definitely order again!

I’m writing this in hopes the owner of this franchise will see this and make some changes. I went to this particular noodles and company August 21 at around 2 pm. We came in and was greeted haphazardly by a young man. He was spaced out, was having trouble taking our order and was soon replaced by a young lady who helped put our orders in. The young lady brought out our food. Everything was fine up until my kids needed to use the rest room. I went into the rest room and saw there was no toilet paper. I asked the spaced out young man and another male co worker he was talking to, for toilet paper. They both disappear into the back never to be seen again. 5 mins later …..My child really needed to go so I grabbed napkins and took her. When we went to wash our hands…guess what? there was no soap. When I came out my friend proceeded to tell me she had walk back up to the counter and ask the same two space cadets for toilet paper again. And they looked at her like she was crazy. So I decided to ask for the manager so I could address the lack of attention….well turns out one of the two I had asked for toilet paper was the manager. And instead of taking responsibility he proceeded to put all the blame on the young lady that took our order (this young lady, by the way, was doing all the cleaning and order taking……. she was actually working) “uhh i just got here, it’s her fault” is what the manager said as he points to the young lady who is taking an order at that time. That was a lie. That manager was there before we got our food. Not to mention i straight up asked him and his minion for tiolet paper….he was too busy chatting with space cadet 1 and doing a whole lot of nothing. Both BOYS were un professional…. they both had their ear buds in and phones in hand and were basically acting like they were on break, hanging out. The manager needs a good lesson in customer service and work ethic because he has neither….. and that goes for that space cadet as well. I’ve never seen such lazy kids/employees in my life.

The staff is extremely professional! They go above, and beyond customers means! I had to get to a dog walk fast, and they made sure they cooked my food quick! That’s noodles and Company I’ve been too!

I just ordered online for delivery because I have a cold and just wanted chicken noodle soup. Delivery driver never came and I called the restaurant and said it wasn’t their problem. This is ridiculous. I loved noodles but never going back again. Horrible customer service.

The restrooms were extremely dirty and made me almost not want to flush so that I didn’t have to touch the toilet. The smell of rotten eggs as you enter and my noodles were undercooked and my fiance noodles was too oily.

I use to like theses places even though they are a little on the pricy side because of the quality. However this time it was a little different. The Steak Stroganoff came as wet, noodles stuck together, pile of food. Its as if it never got stirred and the noodles are clumped, soggy & the parmesan cheese and steak are one big soggy mess.

I came here at 11:15am and they open at 11am. Every single table was dirty and the drink area was filthy and stunk. Which I assume is because they don’t clean at the end of the day or when they arrive in the morning.
