I ordered through doordash. When the order arrived it was wrong. I called the store and spoke to a Very Rude manager named Sandra. She told me that I was wrong and received what I ordered. I asked for no mushrooms and extra spinach on one order and it came loaded with mushrooms. I used to love this place but my experience today and the rudeness of the manager have left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Stopped by this quaint shopping center and saw the Noodles & Co. We hadn’t been to one in a while, so decided to get take out. The place was nice and clean and our cashier was a super sweet lady (I think her name was Faith). I don’t eat meat and really appreciated that she ensured me the meat would be substituted for tofu. They even put a cute smiley face on the lid! I thought it was incredibly thoughtful! I ordered the Spicy Korean noodles, with tofu, and it was excellently made!

Alright, I’ve been holding off writing this review for the sake of the establishment BUT as I was walking in to place an order I saw them AGAIN…. This place has critters. Cockroaches. 2/3 times I’ve come to this location I’ve seen them. Once they greeted me as soon as I entered as if they were a hostess and the most recent time I saw one scurrying along the baseboard near the cashier. I didn’t say anything but walked out and have gone out of my way to another N&C location just because of how putt off that made me.

Lots of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. I enjoy the zoodles when I want to eat light. The young folk working the registers are really sweet and will even bring your food out to you on their outdoor patio. The only con is the parking lot is a pain to navigate but it is conveniently located next to a cookie shop.
