We rarely go to noodle restaurants, but we were traveling in the area and wanted an inexpensive meal that wasn’t fast food. We stepped inside to look at the posted menu. It’s over the ordering area. An employee saw us trying to read it over people’s heads and handed us a paper menu without us asking. He explained that the wall menu is going digital and apologized for it being temporarily unavailable. We were impressed with his customer service. My husband ordered Pesto Cavatappi with Grilled Chicken. I ordered Japanese Pan Noodles after asking how spicy they are since I don’t mind a little heat but don’t want to burn more than taste my food. Both were available in 2 sizes (we selected the small) with many optional additions and subtractions available. The food was delivered to our table and was really good and the amount was a good serving. (I saw people order the large and take some home.) We asked if we should bus our own table but were told that they clear our table for us. The experience was so positive that we returned for dinner the next night ordering the same dishes and I took advantage of their flexibility and added grilled chicken to mine.

Excellent service. The food was also outstanding. We love Noodles and Company. Worth noting in particular — our orders were filled correctly, the Coke Freestyle machine had all flavors available, and their employees were polite and cheerful. These three things should be standard everywhere, but frequently aren’t. This speaks volumes about the quality of their training and management, plus the ability to hire qualified personnel from the area.

Matt at Noodles & Co. has exemplary manners and a diplomatic demeanor. He was hard working and of good cheer. I have yet to receive such fine service at any white table cloth in Charlottesville restaurant compared to what Matt deliverered today. Meadow was exceedingly lovely as well, polite, and diligently tidy. The atmosphere was very calm yet productive. I was just going to grab a soda but Matt’s gregariousness made me want to stay and order food I was not even hungry for. Leadership is in Matt’s future! Cheers to wonderful staffing at Noodles & Co.!

The staff told us that because they were closing in half an hour that we weren’t allowed to dine in and they were out of most Italian noodles, so kept suggesting Asian noodles for the Italian dishes we ordered.

Staff was very friendly! I was impressed with all the veggie and non-meat options. Wished I would’ve had more veggies in my LEANguini dish, and the meatballs were a tad on the salty side for my taste. But overall delish and definitely will be back!

Penna Rosa is supposed to have spinach…I paid for that with extra mushrooms..paid $1 for that and got 3 slices of RAW mushrooms and NO SPINACH…when I asked why, the girl who was too busy going on break just said oops i forgot…the cashier offered me a new meal but then brought me RAW SPINACH and said sorry, she won’t make you a new one…I’m done…this place is the absolute worse except for the nice cashier…avoid at all costs…too many options in cville

Everything is good especially the Korean Noodle bowl. EXCEPT- be aware of online ordering. The last 2 times we ordered online, our credit card was hacked within 12 hours afterwards.
