This place is awful. I just placed my first and only order here. Containers were less than half full, my mac n cheese literally had no cheese besides the sprinkle on top. Noodles were naked and hard paid nearly $30 for less than $2 worth of grocery store quality boxed pasta. Completely ridiculous quality and quantity of food. Spend your money elsewhere!

I tried Noodles for the very first time and ordered the Alfredo MontAmore® With Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. Oh my goodness, the taste was out of this world! The Parmesan crusted chicken was so flavorful, and the Alfredo was finger licking good! I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. The store was clean and the staff were super friendly! I think I found my new favorite restaurant.

I hate to say this because I love this restaurant. Today at 8:20p 5/18/22 the restaurant was in a complete disarray. Food all over the counters and floor, Sticky tables, the tea is uncovered and there was a bad odor from employees. This was all very disappointing. My daughters food came out cold, when my food came out I was charged an extra dollar for an add-on that I never received. I purchased my food at 8:22 PM and did not receive it until exactly 8:59pm Someone needs to hire some decent people to run this place. I know one thing, it’s definitely hurt me from returning.

If you expect the potstickers to be kinda pan fried or by the picture with grill marks, you will be sadly surprised to find out that they are just steamed and doughy. Brought that to there attention and no apology or I’ll give you your money back. So I threw them in the trash. 11.50 plus tax. B.S. Now I know why at lunch time they were deserted when everywhere else is packed.

I order the same thing every time, three cheese tortellini they burnt it twice. I manager fixed it the third time ok , then I came back and forth time they burn it again. PS. If you don’t tip them they make your food dry ( No sauce)
