Food quality here has dropped quite a bit in the last year. Noodles are still cold, sauces seem like they are burnt. If you get chilled easily bring a jacket. The dining room is always very cold.

I’lm having dinner at the Noodles in Noblesville. I placed an order for Penna Rosa assuming it would include chicken. I should have been more clear on my order. When I saw it served without the chicken I asked if I could add the chicken. The staff quickly delivered a separate dish of chicken without charge. I appreciated their service!

Unless you want to wait 30 minutes to get a small Mac N Cheese, I highly recommend you find somewhere else. Place was completely empty and whether it’s the staff or the chains policy, something’s gotta be fixed

Online order pick up only at this location at 7pm on a Friday. Decided to wait and ordered two regular sized dishes. When opening the containers our food did not even fill up half of them. Had six tortellonis in one dish which was mostly mushrooms and little sauce. Paid for extra chicken in the second dish and only had four pieces and was drowned in sauce. Should have taken pictures of both of the meals. Maybe there was a food shortage at this location? Not worth it for $35.

First time ordering they forgot my side and drink. The manager was able to refund me for that. I order a second time and they forget my drinks and my potstickers. I tried calling (6 times) they never picked up the phone. I understand that right now some places are short staffed and I’m not even upset I just want a refund for the stuff that I didn’t get.
