I don’t really have any positives to note. The food was lackluster, at best, the staff were not super friendly, and the prices are insane for what you get. Never say never, but I really don’t think I’ll be back.

Terrible experience. The actual flavor of the noodles wasn’t bad but they were burnt and had a Smokey smell/taste. Veggies also tasted burnt. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to trying this place.

It was okay, glad I had a coupon. Potstickers are awesome tho, if I do decide to go back it’ll be earlier in the day so my food is more fresh & not rushed. Also the BBQ chicken salad is a great choice.

We visited purely due to lack of parking downtown and driving 9 hours prior so we were hungry. Both of us ordered the Mac and cheese. The cheese was not fully melted. I had pieces of what looked/tasted like bacon in mine. Not a huge concern for me, but could be for those with dietary restrictions. Every table was covered in either crumbs, sticky substances, or plates not thrown away. The floor was dirty, counter, drink station, etc. If we weren’t so hungry I’d have insisted we find somewhere else. When placing the order my husband ordered first with a large drink, got handed a medium cup, had to correct him. I ordered second with a large drink, also was handed a medium cup, and had to correct him. It was just honestly a lack of attention to detail which, on top of everything else, just added to the dissatisfaction of the visit. Would never return.

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch. Was not busy, so I didn’t have to wait at all. Got the grilled chicken caesar salad and the buffalo chicken mac. The salad was alright, though a bit weird, not having any romaine in it. The buffalo chicken mac could use some work. The pasta was cooked properly, but had no mornay sauce on it. Just a smidgen of shredded cheese. If you like your pasta plain, this might be the dish for you. The only other beef I have is that the prices listed on the menu were not accurate. Both items I ordered were charged at $1 more than listed on the menu. I get that times are rough, prices are going up, and what not, but be up front about it. Don’t lie to me.

Flavors are delicious, but overly priced.

Everything was just okay. The staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. The dressing for the med salad was saltier than normal. The mac and cheese wasn’t as cheesy as the last time. Still tasty though.

Noodles and Co. is a little overpriced, but their food is hot, good, and quick. The dining area isn’t much more classy than a fast food restaurant, but the menu has a lot of different options to fit any mood. The Buffalo Chicken Mac is delicious. Definitely a go-to!

Been here twice. Each time was a major disappointment. The first time I ordered a bowl of mac and cheese which is a disgrace to even be called that: the noodles were dry and the shredded cheese on top was barely melted. The second time was a different menu item with once again, barely any toppings and dry noodles. The cookie i got had a total of three chocolate chips in the whole thing. Super sad. Not sure how they stay in business.

Person at counter asked me for my order…ducked below counter while I was mid sentence…swiched registers with out warning and left me just standing there…then I find soggy greens filling a third of the container for a “side” salad…..not a great impression.
