My family ordered delivery through the website and when the order arrived an entire plate was missing. An employee told us that the plate was just left out of the bag and that either we could come pick it up or they would write our name down for a free meal next time, which since there will be no next time, my mother decided to go pick it up. If we were going to have to go pick it up anyways we wouldn’t have paid extra for delivery. I ordered the Wisconsin mac and cheese and it was horrible. It was basically plain elbow noodles with a tablespoon of sauce at the bottom of the bowl and about a handful of shredded cheese melted on top. It was plain, dry, and rubbery. Noodles and company used to have some of the best mac and cheese and now it’s terrible. Only giving 2 stars because we were offered a refund upon picking up the missing plate. Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Do NOT recommend.

Not pleased with the way I was treated, treated the Caucasian female with a smile. I ordered the Soup, it sat on the counter. I asked the server could I get my soup. She took the soup put a lid on it and just said here you go and slid the bag across the counter. Very poor Customer Service. Will not be returning. I even said, you treated the Caucasian girl better than you treated me. I asked for my money back. You just lost a Customer.

Gave me the order minus the drinks then said the were out of all the diet drinks, Refused to refund our money. I had to send in a complaint to get a refund. Most rude workers I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t go here. And the food sat on the counter for five minutes getting cold.

I love Noodles and Company but something is really off at this location. I was a little grossed out that the people were wiping their faces and cooking food. I got my food back to my office and I got a scent of something off. I thought it was a fluke, but I tried to eat some of it and the beef is not right. Like rotten.[

Staff does not follow sanitation standards. They use their phones and fix their hair while preparing food. If you ask for the regular size of a meal, they prepare the small size, and put it into a larger container. The noodles are always undercooked and crunchy/chewy. And they have some of the worst customer service for a facility that only takes online orders. Reported this establishment to the health department.
