The people who work here are so, so nice, and I was so grateful to find a nearly empty restaurant with outlets for nearly every table where I could work on the computer. And I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but over time the experience began to fall apart. I couldn’t hear myself think, let alone hear a podcast, over the loud and invasive country music. (Update- they turned it down upon request.) The “Asian” food bears no resemblance to the real thing so much as overpriced Top Ramen. It’s middle of nowhere Indiana, and don’t you forget it.

Just TRIED to redeem my 950 rewards points. You wouldn’t let me check out my items and when I called for assistance, the girl I spoke with was NO help and was very short with me! So, not only have you withheld me from getting the food I have rightfully earned but, you took and are keeping 901 rewards points from me!! Went from 950 to 49 rewards points with NOTHING to show for it. Not only will myself or my family NEVER return but, I will be getting ahold of higher ups because this whole situation is VERY wrong.
