I read a lot in the past about Noodles and Co so my expectations were high about this place. And well, I am glad to say that it was a pretty good experience. Noodles were really good, attention was good and I can say it is not expensive at all. Of course there’s room for improvement, specially with the amount of protein in the pasta I ordered, but overall a pretty good experience.

Ordered 3 meals. 2 out of 3 was old old old stale food that they microwaved. Called in multiple times and no response from them. Stay away . Food was barely there and rancid stale. You’re better off buying frozen meals or go to whole foods. The pic is what they serve you.. barely anything and not good enough to eat. Trashed

Great food and tons of noodle options. Even “Zoodles” which are zucchini noodles for less carbs. Staff was friendly here and working hard to get all the orders done. The lobby was very clean. I got the barbecue chicken mac (highly recommend) but if you want more spice, try the buffalo chicken Mac. My boyfriend got that and loved it. We also got a side of potstickers and those were good too, I like that they’re chicken and not pork.

Came here with my kids on the way home. The Mac and cheese was okay and still a bit dry even with extra sauce ordered. The broccoli was raw and burnt, thankfully we ordered it on the side or it would have ruined the dishes. We ordered Japanese pan noodles with steak and it was the worst noodle dish I have ever seen. It was completely dry, not even a drop of sauce in the bowl, the steak was so overcooked it was not edible and the few pieces of broccoli in the bowl were brown and raw. If it wasn’t a carryout it would not have been eaten and been sent back. Won’t ever go back to this location again. Such a disappointment.

Like a lot of reviews here. This place has gone way down. Barely give you any food like they used to for what you pay for. They purposely put less sauce than before so that you have to purchase additional sauce. My dish should not come dry when the sauce is a main component! Management, nor corporate care. I was a frequent customer and my points never got a chance to expire. Needless to say they have been expiring the past year. Definitely not good like they were in years past!

Absolutely disgusted by what I witnessed in the restaurant today. Someone came in to pick up an online to-go order. They were handed their bag and took it to their car. They came back in with the bag open and told the person at the counter that they had the wrong order. There were two orders with the same name. They took back the wrong order and sat it on the counter. It was then handed to the person who had ordered that food. The food was taken out of the restaurant and handled by another customer, who knows what could have happened to that food. It should have been thrown out and remade. If that is how they handle food in plain view of customers, I shudder to think what happens in the back. I have visited this location rather frequently, today will be my last visit

They kill it with the tofu. They had a barbecue sauce on them in my buttered noodles order, it was unexpected and amazing, and crispier is always the way to go and they know that. Way better than my local Noodles and Company.

Sooooo I ordered some basic Mac & Cheese and I should have looked at the food in store because when I got back to the office, there was shrimp in the dish which I didn’t order. Im not allergic, so it’s fine but that’s a pretty big thing to screw up as this could ruin someone’s life. Check your food before you leave if you decide to order here.
