Portions and quality are way down. The soup was half full and the BBQ chicken salad had about three small prices of chicken hidden on the bottom. Overall bad quality experience.

Food is usually delicious, though we preferred their menu options from years ago to the current menu. Service is spotty, sometimes very reasonable and sometimes quite slow. Atmosphere is fine, though closer now to a fast food place than the feel of a Panera Bread it used to have also years ago. While we do get food to go in occasion, it absolutely tastes better when we eat in and get it hot.

EDIT…..Although my experience was less than favorable a Manager from noodles reached out extremely quickly and listened to my concerns as well as refunded my order. I will give them another try after this was handled so promptly and well by the manager.

My boyfriend and I went for the first time today and straight away was met with rudeness from the girl at the register. We had ordered two drinks and when she only handed one I asked for another one. She huffed at me and put another. We realized she only rung up one so I went to go pay for the second one and she asked if I had a problem? I said no I just realized we didn’t pay for the second one and she said “well I gave it to you for a reason”. We also weren’t sure if we had to grab our food since we were eating there and she pointed out that we stood up to look as if that bothered her? When we were done we needed a lid for our leftover and my boyfriend went up and asked her for one and she tossed it on the counter at him as he held out his hand. We noticed she treated other people the same way making everyone irritated and uncomfortable. Idk if she was just having a bad day or what but as a person who also works in food service you should never treat people that way just for eating at the place you work. I’ve never been treated with such nasty attitude ever. Won’t be going back.

A little disappointed. Haven’t been to a N&C since we moved from Oregon. I asked the cashier if they could lessen the spice of the Spicy Korean Noodles (I’m a wimp and figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask! Lol!) and she said no as the sauce is already made. No big deal at all. So I asked her if it was super spicy and she didn’t know. Didn’t bother to find out from the cook. So I ordered it and said no green onions. Of course, it came with green onions. Not just a few here and there to accent flavor. It’s like they chopped up a bunch just for mine! I could have taken it back but they’d already had a refire from another table. And once I started picking them out..I was on a mission. And for what it’s worth..the dish was spicy but I handled it like a champ! Husband got Pad Thai. It was ok. Probably won’t be coming back. Service wasn’t very friendly. Caesar salad was really good.

Went to the Grandville location on 5/27/23 (Memorial Day Weekend). Was greeted with sidewalk chalk drawing about celebrating Gay Pride. Nothing about the men and women that served our country. I turned around and left. They will not get my money or my business. Peace out Noodles and Company.

Food was just ok. Noodles a bit soggy. Pot stickers flat… which was weird. And cheese fell off the garlic bread. Would have given 2 1/2 stars. orange chicken came with limes…. really wanted it to be better. :/
