So what do you look for when you go to a chained restaurant like Noodles and Company? Consistency, cleanliness and friendly staff. You can find all of that here! Our food was consistent with what N&C’s flavor should be and what we’ve had before, the tables were clean and so were the soda/condiment area, as well as the bathrooms. Finally, the staff were very friendly and attentive to us ordering. A very nice corner spot location and I will be making this a go to location if we’re needing some noodles!

I have on two occasions now had food ordered online that did not contain everything I ordered. When I submit a complaint on the app during the second time it happened I was neither followed up with nor given a refund. Higher reliability organizations have double check and safe guards in place to ensure accuracy. I also hate the service tipping prompt when no service was provided.

Tbh I wanted Qdoba but for some reason the line was insane so I walked next door to noodles. It was very clean. Service was friendly, they even bring your meal to your table. I ordered a small bowl with extra chicken. It was exactly what I hoped for! So much chicken! I told my wife I think there was more chicken than noodles. Haha. For me that’s well worth the money. I also thought it was going to taste sort of bland. I was very wrong. I’m a fan now. 🙂

I used to eat here many years ago and was always left hungry a few hours later. I’ve recently been trying them out again and really liked the Japanese pan noodles and the Spicy Korean beef noodles. This time I had the Penne Rosa. It was still good but I like the other 2 better. The only knock I can make is that I ordered the small and a drink and paid over 12 bucks. I asked the person taking my order if it was a small and he said yeah. Cause I saw on the menu the regular size was 10.25. when I got my receipt I was surprised that you get half as much for $9.00. I’m my opinion they need to lower the price of the small portion. It reminded me of why I stopped eating here 20 years ago. Pay well over $10 for a meal and still left hungry…

Unhelpful Employees. Everything was fine with my food however I spilled my water and there were zero napkins available and when I asked for help from an employee she gave me three napkins (for my massive water spill) and I asked for more and she just ignored me and walked away. I ended up using the bathroom paper towels (the brown ones) which as you know aren’t very absorbent. Wound up finding a bin of rags in the back hall to clean up my mess with, however, employees were zero help.
