August 21st around 8:30pm I ordered food via door dash AN HOUR before closing. I get food to-go doesn’t usually end up perfect but i received these disgusting burnt and flat potstickers that were obviously cooked on a greasy flat top (fyi these are potstickers not a burger, you don’t need to smash them) instead of “steamed” as they we’re advertised. My guess is the employees decided to pack everything up in hopes to get out of work at 9:31 because they can’t stand being a productive member of society. Just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you take it out on the customers by serving them inedible food. I put these potstickers where they belong which is the garbage. I advise whoever cooked these to change job titles because cooking like that wouldn’t even get you a cooking position in a state penitentiary.

Service was god awful. Was told that they weren’t taking orders anymore 12 minutes before closing and the woman who said it continued to sit on her phone doing nothing. As a retail worker I get not wanting to do work a bit before closing but people coming in 12 minutes before closing isn’t bad. It’s awful service to deny a customer a certain service because you don’t want to work. I once had a person come in at 8:56 when we close at 9, and we didn’t deny them service. Do better.

A good Noodles location. This is one of our go-to spots for takeout, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They recently changed their pickup policy from bags sitting on the counter, to having to ask for your pickup and verify you really ordered it. Still quick enough that I almost never have to wait after ordering on the app from home. We will continue to order from here.

One girl there who claimed she told us it was online order only even though she just wandered around without ever speaking a word. Thanks to the 1 delivery driver informing me what was going on since he had seen so many other people leave in utter disbelief of how they were being treated. 1/24/23 @ 5pm. Whoever owns this place it’s time to clean house before you lose your investment.

Only come here if you have some free time on your hands. In my experience, ordering one bowl takes about 45-75 minutes. They will realize in the middle of the order that ingredients are missing or they simply added something wrong so keep that in mind. You gotta kinda hold their hand here.

Penne Rosa has changed from good to terrible! This dish is supposed to be spicy but it’s horribly HOT I can feel the burn on my lips and tongue! I gave star because the staff was great and understood my concern! I will not recommend this dish to anyone again until it’s returned to its original flavor and spiciness.
