It’s a great place. More of a grab and go type of Noodles. Perfectly fine. However it gets so busy, not a lot of seating. Best for calling in for your order and taking it out. Still Perfectly fine. But the 4 stars for lack of seating. (Not personal, just not full size restaurant) otherwise 10/10.

Big shout out to the manager at the Verona shop. He was amazing as his staff tried to figure out what was wrong with a gift card I tried to use. The gift card was showing no balance but I had not used it yet. I said it was okay and cancelled my order. Got to my car when a staff member said that the manager would like to try again. He did what he could. I appreciated the attempt. He then informed me that he was making the order on the house. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen customer service like what I experienced. I will be back!! The food was great too!!

The food was underwhelming. The soda tasted terrible. We asked the girl the at the counter at check it, and she did. We changed flavors and it was still off, so much that it ruined the experience. It was really awful tasting and I’m surprised it did mot make me sick. Will not go back there again.

Ordered takeout and basically got scammed. This is what I got. Got a large tortellini with like 8 noodles? Then got a penne Rosa and there’s no sauce and there’s so little I can see the bottom. There was also no sauce it was so dry. It was around $40 with the tip and this is what I received.

We’ve ordered from here several times and each time our order was prepared as expected. It is disappointing that all Noodles locations are skimping on proteins but I guess that is what they feel they need to do in order to manage costs. Still delicious and very happy with the quality of our food and promptness of of the staff in Verona. Thank you!

The first time we went (right after they opened), we saw that some items were missing from our order when we got home. When I called, the manager explained they were still getting people fully trained and she comped part of our meal. We’ve been there a number of times since then and it’s everything I expect from Noodles. The food is ready quickly, tastes great, and no more missing items. We like our Noodles in Verona!
