Ah, the foibles of mobile ordering. The team keeps the orders behind the counter and you have to request your order. Not a big deal, but it appears someone took my order and it took a while to straighten that out. The manager on duty was nice about it and apologized. The food was great, as always. The restaurant needs a good scrub down, though.

It used to be one of our favorites spots for a decent lunch at a decent price. But 2 of the last 4 times I went there – something was wrong. Stuff missing from our take out order – or waiting 20 minutes to pick up an order that was actually cooling off in the takeout area – with no real concern shown by staff for their performance. Have not been back in more than a year and can’t get anyone to try it again.

What has happened to Noodles and Company?? Just ordered through a delivery service (quick & on time) the Japanese Pan Noodle with steak…barely any sauce or the sauce that was on there, the noodles completely soaked up. Noodles & steak are completely gummy and gross. This is not edible by any means. Thank goodness I ordered flat bread too, that was the only thing edible.
