I ordered an entree through the Noodles app. I have Celiacs disease, so I ordered the gluten free shells and grilled chicken. Well, Lexi from the Oshkosh location personally called me and asked me if my order was because of an allergy, and if it was, she could make it special, allergen free. I was really thankful, for customer service to go above and beyond. So, thank you, Lexi! My Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese is fire!!!!

Bleh everyone bragged about this place but bleh. Food not good. I had broccoli added and it was literally raw broccoli microwaved for 15 seconds. Idk what the rave is here but the broccoli is the tip of the iceberg. Food was cold. Noodles barely cooked. Bleh. First and last visit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They closed early at 8pm and we just made the cutoff. Food tasted great even though my penne rose was made with a different noodle and the potstickers didn’t have any pan seared marks. I would stop here again if driving through.

It took us 35 minutes to get our food because they lost our order. I was hoping to get the meals comped but they were not. They also messed up my food. The three tables in line after us had 6, 4, and 2 people and received their food before we did (we only had two meals). Very disappointing.

They have a wide variety of options from vegetarian to meatatarian. The facility was a bit messy however they were rather busy at the time of my visit. The staff had their game faces on as they were busy with many dine in and to go orders. The one thing I would really like to point out is they really need to have a recycling station as their containers are made of a plastic that can be recycled. When I looked around it appeared they didn’t recycle or offer a place to recycle. They did have paper straws. Overall the food is hot, fresh and amazing!
