My daughter and I went in to order and saw the time and realized it was 20 mins to closing. We said we would order to go and the lead taking our order told us we can stay and not rush. We ate outside and before locking up she came over and asked if we wanted refills before she locked the doors. Hands down the best service and most welcoming place we’ve been in a while.

I have never wished I could rate below one star, but dear god is this place AWFUL! We literally just threw away half of our food completely untouched. I ordered the Alferdo and the “sauce” literally looked like canned dog food. The stroganoff that we got doesn’t even have sauce on it I don’t think? But it looks like it came out of the microwave. We did order extra sauce, but that just grossed me out even more.

When noodles is in the name of your business you should at least be good at making them. My noodles tasted old and rubbery, completely fused together. The meatballs seemed to be cooking all day and were burnt and gross. I’ve had better meals at McDonald’s.

Waited 35 minutes for our dine in order. By the time we got it we were clearly only waiting on one dish because the other was ice cold. Need way better training if your staff doesn’t know you can’t make 1 entree 20 minutes before the other. Will never be back to this location. Poor speed of service made so much worse with poor quality. The girl tried to make it better with coupons but too little too late.

Brought my son (7) here on a day off from school. He had the Wisconsin Mac and is in love with it and his slightly older sister wants to go. The staff was very friendly and the place is really clean. Food was good and the prices are not that high and almost on par with just getting a fast food meal.

I ordered the Mac n cheese w / buffalo chicken. Small w/ salad n drink. Salad was good but not the ceaser I ordered when asked which one. Mac was good but for me a little on dry side. Chicken was just right. Got it to go. Inside is open but not that I’d want to stay in . All tables are tall n just enough for 2 people w tall little seats. Not remembering if there was wearing masks. In front. Friend had Rigatoni Alfresca. With parmesan n shrimp. Cashier was asked if hot or spicy. No, shouldn’t be. The red onion put in was quite hot. But ok. Didn’t finish. Shrimp was ok n noodles ok.

Apparently when they’re short staffed they only accept online orders.. Weird because most places stop accepting online orders instead of only accepting online orders when they’re short staffed. As a server most of my money on hand is cash from tips. I could’ve sat down and ordered online which would’ve taken more time than if they would’ve just let me order… Counted at least 4 employees. Went to Apple Vally N&C. Also 4 workers (I asked) had no issue making me a side Caesar salad.. The only thing I wanted. Not to mention the 4 workers I counted at this location were all standing there doing nothing. Never apologized for only taking online orders. Very bluntly and rudely said “We’re only accepting online orders.” As soon as I walked in. I said “Oh why?” To which I got the response of “We’re short staffed” in a rude tone as if its my fault their too short staffed. Definitely driving the extra 5 miles to the one in Apple Valley and would recommend everyone do the same. Worst experience at N&C I’ve ever had. I don’t blame the kids that were working there at all. There appeared to only be two of them working, and they were running their tails off. I get the staffing shortages you see all over the place, but the owner needs to know when to say when and close the store for the day to prevent disasters like the one I experienced tonight.
