Had the Japanese pan noodles with marinated steak. It was A1, delicious in every sense of the word. The service was also top notch, the food came out fast and hot. The establishment was clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Will return for sure!

Absolutely ridiculous! Ordered food around 825pm (Closed at 9pm) got our food at 845. We did not receive out drinks, (8$ worth+) any silverware or napkins. We called, and they basically told us it was our problem and needed to figure it out ourselves. I called back at 857 or so try to at least get a drink refunded and was hung up on twice! Mind you we are in a hotel, and they knew that. I don’t know how the food is because it’s pretty hard to eat any pasta silverware. What a great way to end a 10 hour road trip day.

I am a huge Noodles fan. Its my favorite “fast casual” chain. This particular dine in experience wasn’t great. All the tables in the area where we wanted to sit had crumbs and debris on them. I used my rewards points to buy a rice crispy but it was as hard as a rock. The garbage was completely full and almost over-flowing. And my last criticism is targeted more toward Noodles Corporate. These signs that have all the noodle names written out “phonetically” are SO tacky. See picture.

The food is great, and the service is unpredictable. Sometimes, you are greeted with a smile. Other times, it felt like I was a pest to be attended to. Most times, I’m not impressed with the service provided, but it’s the most convenient place to go to lunch at my work.

Staff are always attentive, get your order correct, and very polite. The food is good but wish the portions for my favorite dish was a little bigger as far as when you pay additional for meat. I got 5 shrimp in a bowl of noodles, just an odd flavor for pad thai…everything else I had is amazing.

Not the fault of the staff but there are a lot of homeless that literally harass you as you are sitting eating to get the staff to let them in the bathroom. I apologize to the staff for letting them in but my kids were worried about the people and they would not be ignored. We were in town for a show at the college near by and didn’t realize.
