I love noodles and company! This location was amazing! I have never visited this location, and I was extremely pleased. I ordered Mac and cheese and my friend ordered the buttered noodles. Both were good, and both were cheap. Both had the right amount of cheese and seasoning to make it taste just right. The establishment was also clean, allowing us to safely eat and feel positive about our experience. This place is a 5/5 if you want to eat good food in peace for cheap.

I am a frequent visitor at Noodles & Co and always order chicken noodle soup. I have been to this location twice now and both times the soup was not on par with other locations. The most recent visit the soup was bland, chicken was flavorless, fatty and just plain awful. It was basically a bowl of warm water with noodles. Not a location I’ll be back to

Horrible staffs (the manager is the worst). Forgot our drink and the manager here blamed it on me for not checking. Dude, the “checking” is your job. It’s what you signed up for, and that is to fulfill customers’ orders and making sure people get what they pay for. We all make mistakes, but the manager should’ve at least apologize and not make excuses and blame it on the customers.

Two stars because the food was as expected from a Noodles and Company, mediocre at best…However, I did not appreciate how rude the woman working the counter was. We were one of two tables in the whole place dining in, but she seemed to be really concerned about slamming the chairs back into place and wiping the tables around us, including our table before we were even done picking up all of our belongings.

I give this 2 stars because the manager tried to rectify the situation. The man who took my money, proceeded to make my food after handling mine and other customers money without washing his hands. He thrn took his dirty apron and proceeded to wipe my food container because it had liquid falling out. If he had looked fully at the container he would have seen the finger width hole that made the container garbage instead of something viable to use for my food.

My experience at this this location is usually positive. Today not so much. I ordered a side of Tomato Basil soup and what I got was quite disgusting. The soup looked more like burnt chili and tasted even worse. This soup must have been sitting for a long time and was well past its lifespan. Whoever served this should be ashamed of themselves. I took one bite and the rest went in the trash. At least the rest of the meal was good.

The manager was very kind and understanding when I called and complained. Unfortunately, this was the cilantro on my meal today… and whatever else. I just feel disappointed that someone would put that on a dish and call it good, send it on its way. Make your own choices. But I am a bit put off.

Competent, personable staff. Clean looking but didn’t see bathrooms. Food was tasty. Prices more reasonable than some chains. I’m not a frequent customer, don’t know menu. But I’ll likely eat there again for a quick, tasty meal. Depending on your taste, of course.
