Very unorganized, staff seemed overwhelmed and frustrated. Maybe they were having a bad day but they were very unfriendly. They also lost my order. Acted as if I hadn’t even placed an order. Provided them with my order confirmation then waited. for it to be remade.

We got there around 5 and there wasn’t a line to order. The cashier was friendly. We didn’t wait too long for our food to be brought out. I got the Bbq pork mac and cheese and it was quite tasty. The restaurant itself was clean and so was the bathroom. Don’t forget to clear your table. There are bins near the door for trash and the bowls and silverware.

Ordered the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, but not cleaned well (some pieces still had the vein). There were MAYBE 5 pieces of zucchini. To top it off, I had 3 different kind of noodles. Will not be going back to the W St Paul location. Not the kind of service or quality of food I have come to expect from Noodles.
