This is absolutely the worst noodles and company I’ve ever been to. I live closest to this one, however I will go all the way to the one by the mall instead because the service and the food is 100% better. Last time I will ever come to the one on Lexington. The people here are absolutely just rude and disrespectful. Came in during lunch and stood by the counter for 10 mins and not one person was there. After a while a young blonde girl came and walked up to the counter and just stared at me until I ordered. I just said “really??” And she said “ I was in the bathroom” no apology NOTHING. Took my friends order and then walked away not even giving me time to order. Customer service these days is just getting worse and worse. STOP hiring apathetic teens who aren’t trained on how to greet a customer or even say hello. I’ve never even seen another customer inside this noodles. It’s like everyone noodles is completely careless and clueless.Just shut it down. She also made the food and it was absolutely disgusting, and bland and not even filled like it normally is from ANY other noodles.

I’ve usually had good experience here, but lately just noticing lots of tables are dirty, with workers goofing around- totally would take 2 mins to up the cleanliness, and just quick adjust tables and chairs for a totally different presentation of the place!

My husband and I came in around 9 pm, we ordered a Mac n cheese and spaghetti and meat balls, our food wanst hot, didnt even melt the cheese, this location is very “ghetto” they have young kids working here who have all their friends here like it’s a frathouse, they are worried more about closing instead of their customers. The guy at the register acted like he disliked his job and had a very bad attitude. People screaming out the “N” word. Their friends were being racist about “White girls” myself being white I was very uncomfortable. We won’t be back to this location

Food was good and fast, friendly service, but the cleanliness of the store was really gross. Trash over flowing out of cans and piled all around it. No tables had been wiped clean. Staff members were just sitting on their phones behind the counter while no customers. If the front of house is that gross, I can only imagine cleanliness of operations behind the scenes. Feel bad saying all that but as a former food service manager it was nasty.

Good food, ok service. The hostess spoke almost too quietly for me to hear. I consistently have something that is not quite right happen each time I come here. Sometimes it’s a wrong order, sometimes it’s empty, but messy tables, sometimes it’s the service. However, I still come back for the food!

I’m only giving service a 3 star as the staff was giving the manager a difficult time. I felt bad the manager looked extremely stressed while the kitchen staff was on their phones while prepping food and not listening when orders needed to get out.

Avoid location if no patience. Smaller claustrophobic location that NOT ONE VISIT has had chop sticks available. Order to go or sit in the bathroom hallway. Family of 6 ALWAYS sitting in front of soda machine congesting foot traffic.
