Tried to order from their app, had it delivered by DoorDash but received the incorrect order. Called them to see if my order was there, she said yes but we close in a few minutes. I ran up to pick up my delivery, only for them to show me the order for someone else. While I was waiting for the manager to get a refund, Caitlyn? (the same girl who told me my order was there) said “This is why you shouldn’t order from DoorDash.” EXCUSE ME???? Horrible customer service and incompetence at its finest right here. 0/10. We will never be back! Management, please train your employees to shut the hell up.

Horrible customer service the “manager” Cal was horrible we ask for them to remake our order because it wasn’t even mix it was just veggie at the bottom and plain noodles, the girl told me to keep the food and they would remake ( I didn’t even want that food because I was going to eat the new one they were going to make) just for the manager to star screaming don’t let her eat it if I have to remake it, so to the super unprofessional manager , how are you supposed to lead a team when you can even control your own emotions!

It’s a different experience here now that they’re requiring you to order over the app instead of at the register. The food is still good, though, and it’s a good semi-healthy option when we’re out and need a bite to eat. Most of the dishes can be made vegetarian.

Horrible customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I entered the store nor was I acknowledged the full 15 minutes I was standing there. 5 associates and not one person would help or serve me. All I kept getting was awkward glances. Started to walk away and they still didn’t seem to care. I felt excluded for the way my presence didn’t matter in the store when there wasn’t anybody but me and one other customer inside. 100% don’t recommend .

We made our order around 7:30pm on a Friday night, so we figured they may still be busy, but were hoping we missed the worst of it. My husband got there about 10 minutes after when we were supposed to pick our order up and they hadn’t even started it. They were out of shrimp (which they can’t help) but they threw something cooked in a different sauce in the pad thai. My spaghetti was basically just a bowl of plain noodles and meatballs, hardly any sauce. Plus the third dish we ordered had chunks of burnt something and the whole dish just tasted like char (Japanese pan noodles) and was so dry it was inedible. Complete waste of money. Won’t be going back to this location.

Placed an order online, went to the parking spot designated for order ahead pickup. Watched the worker come out with my food, see that I wasn’t parked in front of the building by the curb, and walked back inside with the order. Worker never came back out so had to go inside to ask and they were also moved on from the order. If you order online for curbside pickup make sure u park directly in front of the store blocking traffic otherwise they won’t bring it out to you!! Why do you have the online order pickup spots if they aren’t brought there for you if you have to go in and get it anyway?

We are regular visitors, once a month or so, and generally for take out. I tried one of their new gnocchi dishes…excellent. We usually order the meal in order to balance the entree with a salad and beverage. Prices are inching up but Noodles remains a great value. And, in our experience, they continue to hire well with friendly, helpful staff.
