Service is okay, but significantly mixed up orders. Received Zucchini Roasted noodles but ordered 3 cheese Tortellini Rosa. Not sure how this occurs considering the significant difference in noodles, one dish not even being an actual noodle. Second, the dish I received was not even good. I would not recommend anyone to order the Zucchini noodles, very bland.

Door sign says they close at 8 p.m. i walked in at 7:45 p.m. there was no line.. just people waiting on food. And a short possibly Hispanic girl with really dark hair… tells me they just closed the kitchen.. is this typical for the kitchen to close before the time stated on the door?… I’m so disappointed in this location.

This is a 5th time I’ve come to this exact noodles & company and the first two times out of the five were amazing and made me want to come back but these last three times have been horrendous…. It’s like The A Team doesn’t work anymore… Because the ticket that was handed out was not read correctly and it was clearly marked and says 2 parm chickens … And DON’T burn the meat there’s clearly only one piece of parm chicken on there and the outside of my chicken is BURNT again for the third time in a row … It seemed as though the higher standard of work that was previously in the company is not there anymore since I have left that in 2017…

Alyssa was super fast with my order and got everything squared away. A lot better than the dumpster fire knollwood location. I legit went 20 min out of my way to go here rather than knollwood because I could literally drive to Alyssa store order there and drive back before I would even get my order from the pos knollwood location.

Noodles has stepped up their game in recent years. I’ve been really impressed with the quality of food I’ve gotten lately, both in-store and delivered. The pesto chicken zucchini noodles pictured below are both healthy and delicious (and nutritious). The variety in low-carb options is what keeps me coming back. To that end, the thai chicken soup, tomato basil bisque, and Korean BBQ meatballs are also very flavorful and satisfying. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!
