I personally love noodles and company. Sadly this location has been disappointing a few times. They do not add enough sauce to pad Thai in the 1st place so I started asking for extra sauce. They either say they added it in which still isn’t the proper amount. Or completely forget it and I do not get it. I called and the female manager( I think her name was saye) she was rude and had zero customer service

Girl up front with the burgundy hair had a bad attitude. She had her back turned away and didn’t even greet customers walking in. It wasn’t even busy. Paid for a large soda and she didn’t give me one until I asked her for it & just gave a regular cup. I honestly didn’t want to argue with her lack of customer service.

my friend picked up an order of chicken noodle soup for me since i wasn’t feeling good. it took about 30 mins for them to give my friend my soup. when i receive my order, there was barely any soup and i was super frustrated because i wanted the soup. all i tasted was grease and my pasta was super dry. there was absolutely no soup. do better noodles and company.

This location is extremely short staffed, they are doing what they can with the staff they have but I’d highly recommend going to another location for the time being. My order was marked ready but I was waiting 45+ minutes after that. Not a single order going out for 30+ minutes. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location!
