In the summer, I enjoy taking the grandkids to Noodles for lunch. Today, we went to the one near Southdale. They like the Kid’s Meals and I like the Med Salad. It always had a creamy, delicious dressing. Today, the dressing was suddenly spicy! I complained to one employee, and he said that someone else had been upset about the new spice a week or two ago. I asked to talk to a manager, and she insisted that it has always been spicy! A direct lie, or an ignorant defense. It’s not necessary that every dish become spicy! It was perfect as it was. Employees should listen to longtime customers who have eaten the item for years. Not sure if I’ll return there again.

Food is “ok”. Was ignored at the counter. Go to a different Noodles and Co.

I was impressed! The food was great. It was a newer dish. The young girl at the counter was a absolute keeper! Helpful and friendly! We needed help with a coupon and she went above and beyond! Also she was genuine which is difficult to find in customer service.

Overpriced and loud eat-in area. Good menu variety, though.

I love this place! The portions are huge, the food tastes great and the people are super friendly. I love to come for the buttered noodles with steak and parmesean! I have only tried a few things off the menu but I have loved all of them! I highly recommend this place for a low priced high quality meal! Like if you agree!!!

Good place to get a meal. They make the food fast and fresh. I enjoy the pickup option and ordering on the app. So I can start eating right away on my lunch breaks without waiting.

We were in this Noodles right at noon today. The location was super busy with pick up and to go orders. The team worked well together and were polite and quick. As a manager of a busy retail location, I can really appreciate great service! Thanks all!!!!

You shouldn’t be rude to the delivery drivers that are picking up an order for a customer. The driver is representing the customer that’s buying from your store. I told you that I had two orders to pick up and it’s not my fault that doordash has an app that doesn’t let you see both names at once. So I had to wait till after I clicked the button that says picked up order for the next name to come up. You didn’t have a customer walking in behind me and there wasn’t a customer standing behind me. It was uncalled for you to take my bag and rudely push it aside and basically saying to me in unverbal terms, “move out of my way!” I’d be better off declining future pick ups from your place.

I generally do not write negative reviews, but the authority and people should know and be aware. I have a wonderful experience with Nood and Company Eden Prairie, and Knollwood I must say. But Edina one is horrible, in terms of behavior of the Manager (can’t’ recall his name); a tall, fat and black/brown mix guy. He is unbelievably impolite and Lier. Yesterday for the first time we visited the Edina brunch, we ordered two kinds of noodles and kept waiting at least 25 minutes for the food but when the order came it was clearly the wrong noodles. The waitress took it back though she was not ready to admit that she brought the wrong food. She left and kept the food on the counter for more than 10 mins, I went to check and was asking how long it’s goanna take to replace? No one was responding, the Manager was standing in front of me but trying to ignore, the waitress was taking order of another man, so I did not check with her. At one point the Manager turned around and without being apologetic he responded with negligence and unclearly. Later we got annoyed with their service and specially with the behavior; and my husband returned the other food we were given. They were supposed to change 1 noodle, the other one was kept on the table. When we returned the food and was asking for refund definitely, we were annoyed with their behavior, so we kept the tray of the food with anger, nothing else. The Manager asked us to leave when we asked either good behavior or refund. He threatened us and said he will call 911. He called the cops and accused us that we are throwing food on him and physically assaulted him, literally he was lying in front of our face. My husband was standing calmly and said let the cops come and I will ask them to watch the CCTV footage then everything will be cleared. When the cops denied coming as it was not an emergency or anything serious, the Manger gave us the refund. It was not about 20 dollars it was about his non apologetic and arrogant behavior that we felt insulted. We could have taken action against this guy but instead we moved because we had previous good experience with other two brunches of Noodles and Company. The first time ever in my life I experienced this in a restaurant or anywhere. I wish the authority will take this seriously and arrange training on customer service for their new and old staffs. All the best.
