First and last time here. Employees are NPCs. Floors were dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting and the food was well below average. I had the Japanese…bla bla who cares, because it tasted like boring food. I’ve eaten many Japanese dishes and this was some sort of effort to have something Japanese on the menu, but not actually Japanese at all.

Not very organized and short of staff and food wasn’t cooked. And cold. At the last minute they threw the broccoli in the dish of noodles and put the lid on after 1 half hour and lost our order. Because we didn’t order online? Also when finally asked for my money back the order suddenly appeared. Signs went up that they were only taking online orders. I’ve worked in the industry and all I asked was where is our order. I was told it was lost in the front of the house but they should have gotten it in the back. Then walked away. Other people who came in after we did and ordered were being served. Soooo wasn’t happy but more frustrated

Ordered two orders of pad Thai around 3:30 PM. I’m not actually sure they put sauce in. Incredibly frustrated because we paid $26 for dry rice noodles. Cannot recommend.

I really have never had such a horrible experience. Took over 30, almost 40, minutes for our order to even be taken. They didn’t greet anyone as we stood there and watched as they made all the online orders before even approaching us and continuously saying “5 more minutes”.

Order my food at 6:05. Told me spaghetti noodles needed to be dropped. I was told 7 Minutes. Came back at 6:20 still wasn’t ready I order the cheese bread at 6:20. I didn’t get either item until 6:40pm. Terrible customer service.

Horrible. Food was cold. I ordered chicken on my salad and there were 2 small pieces, indistinguishable from the croutons. When I asked for more, I was given some that was cold, and, again, dry as shoe leather. Must have been in the fridge for a day.

Quality so low id rather eat mcdonald’s, who unlike noodles, has accurate pricing to quality ratio. Not to mention food comes in microwaveable bowls? almost as if the food is heated in a microwave before given to you? and they had hidden chicken pieces in a vegetarian meal.
