This noodles location has the driest and most undercooked noodles than any other noodles I’ve gone to. I order extra sauce since the penne rosa comes with barley any to begin with. The extra sauce amount they give for an additional cost should be the standard amount of sauce to begin with. When they first opened this was my friend and I’s favorite location but I can’t say we feel the same. I also special request in the app for well done noodles and they still take an eternity to chew. I keep ordering from here hoping there will be a change but it looks like I’ll have to continue to go out of my way to another location…

Good food selection. However I got a side of chicken soup that was very very small as you can see in the pic. Even the small bowl wasn’t filled up and it looked not very pleasing. The picture is exactly how it was served. The tastes were good. We also got potstickers that seemed to have life taken out of them. But the mains were good and tested

First time I’ve been in a few years but very disappointing to see the quality and care of the food decline so drastically compared to when we first started seeing the chain appear in Minnesota. Won’t be returning, I still crave the old recipe for the Japanese Pan Noodles. 2 stars because the food isn’t greasy like other fast food places at least. Service was good though!

I’ve had two bad experiences here in the past week. The first time, I ordered a mac and cheese, and after the app notified me that it was ready (about 15/20 minutes after I ordered) I went inside and was told it would be “another 30 minutes at the least” because they had a big order (even though they were all moving around super slow). Then again tonight, they forgot a vegetables on a couple of the dishes, and they were all dry. Mine seriously only had about 2 tablespoons of sauce.. It’s ridiculous.

I always love this place. Every once in awhile they take a really long time, but customer service is great. Wish there was more sauce on the noodles though ( yes, I always order extra) the portions are decent though.

Worked here 2020. They accused me of prank calling the store which was ridiculous because I don’t have time in my day to do that. I would say there are rude people that work here such as managers , team members and especially the general manager was so rude and didn’t care about people . For some reason there just rude people.. they have miserable life’s to do that. I am grateful to have left because $13 an hour was not worth the stress and to be over worked. Customer service is bad here I feel bad for the customers and their wait time.
