Renewal BeginningAgain
I hope the windows and other things that are frequently handled get cleaned soon. This is a new store yet there’s an oily fingerprinted film or residue on everything; and handprints everywhere there’s glass. To me, it’s gross & unappetizing; but everything ought to be cleaned daily in restaurants. They’d just opened for the day so it’s not like it had all day to get like this. The bathroom was out of paper towels. It “feels like” scarcity mentality” here, or something. Regardless, sparkling clean on the daily in a food establishment is imperative.

My penne Rosa pasta has no sauce on it just dry noodles. Do not come here employees don’t know what there are doing. I said I wanted the Mac bundle and they didn’t give me my pop or rice crispy I had to go back and ask. Again no Sauces lol Ewwwwwww

We got pot stickers and pad thai from this place a while back. The pot stickers were okay. The pad thai looked and tasted like it had been out together by some teenager who had no idea what he was doing. No way I’m ever getting something from here again!

I was sick so I stopped in just to get some food to go quick. I am hard of hearing, and the lady at the counter was very nice about it. The food was delicious as always. I tried a salad for the first time, and was impressed with the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

Have only ordered ahead and picked up through the drive-through. That works great! The food is good. My son loves it. But i think it’s a bit more costly than it’s worth. Especially since he likes to order his with extra meat if he can. Still, it will be on our list of lunch spots. I just have to remember to order extra sauce with mine.

Eat here with confidence, the food is great, prices terrific, and even the staff is excellent. I thought I was going to have my first issue there earlier this week when there was a small mix-up with my order. I got home to an email apologizing with a full refund… you just don’t see service like that these days, seriously impressed. I never review anything but felt this was necessary to share, well done.

This location must have management issues. Of the 5 or so times I’ve visited the noodles have been over cooked or just poor quality. Service has always been reasonable but the food just isn’t good. Not sure if the drop in quality is specific to this location or just a trend in the chain. Disappointing, the chain is usually consistent.
