Horrible! We waited 30 minutes for our food for dine in…we were the only ones in there. Once we got it, it was cold! We asked the lady to warm mine up and she said “fine. just give it to me then” she didn’t even warm it, she just mixed it up and handed it back….horrible customer service and very disappointing to receive cold food! I already did the survey on the company’s website…and shocker: haven’t heard back. This company has horrible customer service and we will not be back. The pop machine was also out of almost everything and the lights kept flickering while we were in there.

It’s one thing to receive decent customer service. It’s another thing when that customer service is stellar. Tonight I received the best customer service that I’ve had in years. Abby and Jenni I can’t thank you enough!!! Abby you took an initiative for an issue (disaster) that wasn’t yours or your location. With the help from Jenni you both took care of my family tonight. Your customer service skills are spot on and will be an example for my own employees. However those skills come second to your understanding of what true empathy is and for that I’m grateful to you both. I will never forget. I was a little skeptical trying it for the first time. Was taken back at the price for my meal. 12 dollars and some change. Totally worth it though! Delicious flavorful cheese and barbecue. Was pleasntly suprised to find fried jalapeño chips in my bbq chicken mac. Was worried I wouldnt get my money’s worth, but i only ate about half of my order before i was full.

A little trouble with the payment page If you’re doing a mobile order but the staff at the actual restaurant is fantastic, they even recognized that I had made multiple orders on the website and called to clarify so that I wouldn’t get charged more than once. Good pricing. Great portions. Great selection.

Come here frequently so thought I’d share. I usually get the Asian dishes and they are so good! Managers are super friendly and helpful. I tried the alfredo per a managers advice and it was amazing. Service is great and food is nicely portioned, hot and fresh. Will continue coming here.

I had the chicken alfredo with the mushrooms in it. It was excellent, so good! I can’t even say any more good things! Wait I can! the woman who waited on us was very chipper and very happy to see us and I like to see that because I am also in fast food and it’s good to see people smiling.

Portion sizes are horribly small. I got a regular size bowl, and they filled it up halfway which makes it equivalent to a small bowl. The quality of the food was great, but you guys need to fill the bowl up all the way if you are gonna charge me for a regular sized bowl. Haven’t had this issue at any of the other locations.
