I always order pickup and even after 30 min the order is never ready. Never. It’s constant. I always have to wait an additional 10-15 after I arrive which defeats the the ideal of ordering ahead of time so it’s ready. I don’t blame the employees I blame the owner of the Franchise. I understand that it’s hard to get employees, but pay them a buck or two more a hour. .I never have this issue at any other idles, just the Orland park location and it’s absolute, every time.

Haven’t been here since pre covid and after today won’t be going back. Food was bland and distasteful. We sat in and ate, smelled of urine in the restaurant. To make matters worse while we are eating a worker was at the food area blowing his nose with no gloves on and didn’t wash his hands. Ummmm noooo

I really like the noodles at this place, and have eaten at different locations many times over the years. I received an email with a coupon for $4 off my next order, so I decided to use it. This was my first time at this particular location. I ordered 2 regular sized noodle dishes and a small potsticker (6). After I presented my coupon, my total came out to a whopping $34. Are you serious?!? For some noodles??? Then I noticed that everything on the menu had a price increase of $2 or more. When I asked the cashier about the increases, and how the coupon helped my bill (or not), she just gave me a blank stare, hunched her shoulders, and said, “Ion know”. Again, the quality of the food was still great, and the manager did step in when my coupon wouldn’t scan (although it hardly put a dent in my bill). However, the drastic uptick in price, the fact that the store could’ve been cleaner, and they could’ve turned on the heat (it was freezing in there and it’s winter), are deterrents for me. Side note: They had bags/orders lined up near the register, I suppose, for delivery services to pick up orders to drop off to customers. Some guy walked up, stood there for about 30 seconds, (no employees were at the counter), went over to the bags, began opening them and looking inside, took a bag, and left the store. First of all, why was he allowed to do that? Secondly, why weren’t the bags secured, stapled, taped, whatever, to prevent him from opening ANY bag, even if it was his delivery order? I didn’t like any of it and I won’t go back to that store for sure.

Place is pure s***. How does chicken noodle soup translate to stuffing wet noodles in a container….also had the tomato soup….if you like eating pizza sauce than go for it.

Haven’t visited this place for about 2 years. Missed going here so me and my hubby stopped in. Not busy. We were the only two here. We placed our order and took a table near the window. The employee brought us our food and was surprised to see it in a black plastic to- go bowl with plastic utensils. We were used to the nice ceramic bowl with actual stainless steel utensils. The portion seemed so much smaller that what we usually get in the past and it was piping hot! An indicator that it was nuked. I got the pasta cappatavi and my husband got some steak bowl. We sat there for awhile airing out the food cause it was so hot. As we ate. We noticed the noodles were so wet…like they been soaking in the water for quite some time. It seemed the items were portioned controlled in a bowl and they just mixed up whatever pertaining to that certain dish that u order. Very dissatisfied with the portion size and the cheap presentation of food. Not to mention it was not prepared fresh to order. The nuking part really took away the flavor of the food. Yet. They still charge the same price or more two years since we’ve been there. Another restaurant to scratch off our list. No need for corporate to respond. We won’t be going back. Thank you for keeping my money in my pocket
