It’s funny how some of the reviews here say there’s great customer service when it’s all the opposite! As soon as you enter the door no one greets you, then your standing at the cashier for a good 10 min before anyone notices you. After that they say, it will take about 20 min to get your food, we are running behind. And lastly they don’t even get your order right. This location on Touhy is the worst! Please hire NEW staff! Everyone needs to go…. especially the manager ? on the evenings the one with dreadlocks on the head.

The staff was nice. I placed an order on their app and it was ready around the estimated time which was nice. It also seemed like it was pretty clean inside. The food was pretty good and there was a decent amount of grilled chicken. Overall decent experience and I would go back!

Right when we entered, we were greeted by the kind staff that delivered fresh food and helped us understand the logistics of using the app. As for the food, the Mac and cheese was very yummy and greatly paired with the cheesy garlic bread. We also tried out the vegan Chicken Lo Mein, loved the sauce and texture of the noodles!

A good place to have Mac and Cheese. A little sad that they no longer serve Beef Stroganoff and Truffle Mac and Cheese. It’s been a while since I visited Noodles & Co. With those two items gone, it would probably be some time until I visit again. Also, this location does not sanitize their table after every customer.

Noodles and Co quality has gone down. We visited as a family last night. Tables had cold food bits and old number tags on them, weren’t wiped down, only one guy worked the entire front counter for pickups and new dining orders, and they ran out of items for the day. My son’s mac was cold and the shredded cheese wasn’t melted. My Pad Thai was a disaster; more like an overcooked crepe in a bowl of white noodles. It wasn’t like this a few years ago. Hard pass going forward. There are many other choices within two blocks of this location.

Service is very bad they’re never consistent never taking fault always blaming the customer I’ve talked to the manager over and over the constantly screw up orders it’s a sad situation I would not want to order from there and if you do please check your stuff or you will be upset when you get home and when they tell you to add water to your pasta tell them to go and get retrained sad situation where are we living what happened to customer service
