If I could give less stars I would!!!!! My fam and I went to get some food from here today! And my son LOVES Broccoli . SO, we were surprised when he said it was nasty. Upon further inspection, we noticed it was really moldy! How, could they hand that to my child! He could get seriously ill he is only 4 yrs old.

Visited this location recently. Staff was friendly and the order was accurate and made in a timely manner. Environment was clean and they had gender neutral restrooms that were also clean. Condiments and chopsticks were available and customers are able to select what they want to fit their needs. The food for me was just “okay”. The noodles were very much on the dry side and my egg was burned. When I say burned I don’t mean a couple of patches of brown. I mean the whole thing was brown. To the point they should’ve started over. I was disappointed with the quality and taste of the meal overall. I also ordered garlic bread and it was pretty good. I don’t believe I’d return to this location based on the pricing and what I received for my money. The quality also left something to be desired.

First time trying this restaurant. Very easy ordering process online – you can customize the dish you order. I dislike cucumbers and since that was a topping/garnish on my Korean Beef dish, I asked to leave them off and add snap peas instead. This was all offered online . My food was ready just a bit before the time I selected which was great since I got there early. I had my order to go and when I got home, there was definitely julienned cucumbers on my dish, as the picture shows. While I did have the snap peas, I most certainly had cucumbers as well and I specifically asked to have them left off. The food is good and hot, but getting my order wrong on my first visit does not leave a good impression.

I tried to go there for lunch today, a young lady was helping me, 1st I was told they can’t take my order right now. I asked the lady “How long will it take?” A coworker behind the counter said as long as it takes. I ask “what does that mean? I’m on my lunch break, like half an hour, 10 min.? ” I thought the gentleman was quite rude. Then when I ask for his name He said he doesn’t have a name Then I was told by the ladyI I can go somewhere else. I asked if there was a manager and the gentleman told me he was the manager. My coworker and I ended up going somewhere else. I was very disappointed, I have never been treated like this at any business. If that gentleman was the manager he should not be a manager. Very unprofessional. Not impressed about the young lady either. Is this how noodles and company treats their customers?

The only thing I can complain about is that there were hardly any vegetables! I had the cauliflower pasta with zucchini and roasted garlic sauce, and it was decent. I could have counted on one hand the number of tiny pieces of diced zucchini that were in it, and even though the menu said it had mushroom I didn’t actually find any… the noodles and sauce were really tasty though. My partner had Rosa with parmesan chicken and really loved it! Friendly service, clean location, fast prep.

This place seems to be under new management and it shows! I’ve been coming to this location off and on for years because it’s inconsistent in the food quality. However my food today was cooked to perfection exactly how I like it, they were extremely busy with online orders but my food was done in a timely manner in my opinion, and the customer service was friendly but not overly friendly to the point of being fake. I always ask for my penne noodles to be cooked longer and I don’t think most locations usually do it but I can tell this location did. I had a great experience and if they can keep up this service level I will recommend this location over and over again!
