When we were there they were down an employee and were horribly backed up. They told us there would be a wait which was fine with us. They went out of their way to take care of us when they got caught up. Through it all they were pleasant and had a good attitude.

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO YOUNG Lady that refunded my 350 mile away order that landed in Wichita somehow ,as I was in Bismarck ND trying to order at 3rd st location. Totally having one of those unlucky days & figured pasta would turn it all around but certainly wasn’t planning on a 12 hour trip to retrieve it. Sorry to be writing A bad review, Grandkids love the place, when I went lots of people with no food, should have left, but ordered anyway, Excessive LONG WAIT!!! If I take the time to come to your store I really don’t think I should wait for all the call in orders! If that’s your primary business, then close your store front then do call in carry out only, I won’t be back then, but even Grandkids said let’s don’t back for awhile, seemed like plenty of help in store, So don’t know what was going on, but will know to leave if encounter same scenario next time I visit! If and when i do.

Really small interior dining area, and awkward to read menu. Amazingly good food and friendly, helpful staff. Price is way too high for the portions received, though. So, despite it being a casual atmosphere, I’d save eating here for very special occasions. It’s not something I’d eat just to grab a quick bite because I’m hungry, or something I’d eat during the work day for lunch. This is like date night prices with a day time lunch break atmosphere.

Not worth the price. A box of macaroni at home would of been. Better. $16 for macaroni and shrimp. Served me a bowl with cold shredded cheese on top, dry. Paid extra for shrimp. I got 4 shrimp. Bland. Husband also had macaroni. We left just absolutely irritated at the cost of this horrible food.

I was not impressed with the small gluten free portions. The flavor was not very satisfying either. The bland flavorless shrimp was not worth the extra cost. I also didn’t care for the “all gender” bathrooms. The first was dirty so I opted to try the second. The first had a urinal and was obviously the men’s restroom. The second bathroom only had a toilet. The paper straws are just annoying! The one star is for the service… it saved them from a zero star rating…

Hadn’t eaten at any of their restaurants for quite some time. We never liked the food. We decided to try it one more time. Everything was terrible. The phad thai, was not good, either was the shrimp in it. My husband got the cheese tortellini and it was cold. We were there around 2 on Saturday. The calibration on the pop machine is off. The pop tasted like all carbonation, no matter what flavor Fanta it was. Things are not cheap here, so hot food isn’t too much to ask for. We dined in.
