2 of our dishes came out cold, while the other 3 were very hot when we brought it up to our waiter, the 2 cold dishes were immediately replaced. Overall, we had fast service and the food was somewhat cheap and filling.

This was the dirtiest, filthiest N&CO I’ve been to. While the food was good and the staff friendly, every surface was dirty – the booth enclosure had a noodle pasted with sauce at eye level, noodles, broccoli, straw wrappers and other debris were all over the floor, near trash can, under tables, near drink machine. Baseboard tiles and walls had splashes and spots. A big Lexan container of noodles was sitting on the counter, in the open air, with no lid and a spoon in it. Were they serving these noodles to customers with the tasty addition of whatever airborne particulates happened to fall in? Eeww!

This noodles location never disappoints. Immediately greeted upon entrance and our food came out fast and fresh. The rewards program is great too so i always end up saving a few dollars even though pricing is very good. Tom and Andrew were awesome, but Oliver’s customer service and work ethic was unmatched. He was on register, sweeping the restaurant, packing up orders, interacting with customers, this dude was ON IT! Always a pleasant experience!

Noodles and Company has a great menu and awesome food when done right. This branch is terrible. When they manage to get your order right, you will be disappointed to find your food is burned or slopped together with so much haste that everything is off with the dish. The greens are always old, the mushrooms are fishy, the noodles are dried out. The chefs here need a lot of improvement. I keep coming back hoping this branch will get it together. My last meal here came with a long hair in it. Nasty! I would recommend you skip this one until they take more care in their quality control. Good luck!

This place was dirty. I mean every table was unclean. There were some broken tables, there was inches of dust up on top of the exposed ductwork. There was dust along the edges of all the table dividers. It took a long time and we had to ask for silverware. They literally only had chopsticks sitting out. Maybe they were understaffed or someone was out sick but it was very off-putting. I won’t ever stop here again.
