They humiliate their customers by letting them urinate themselves in line while trying to buy a cookie because they can’t let somebody into the bathroom and when you call and make a complaint, they just tell you to call corporate. There’s nothing they can do nor do they care. They told my family that they look homeless because they’re in sweatpants and a sweatshirt and if they could not use the bathroom without paying for something so she bought a cookie with $100 bill after he told her that they don’t allow homeless in the restrooms how humiliating and rude would you feel if somebody told you that disrespectful I will never ever eat or go in a noodles and Company ever again?

I had the Mac n’ Cheese with grilled chicken and it was horrible because it had several pieces of chicken that was like solid gristle or rubbery, and I had to spit it out four times. I’ve never experienced this before at a Noodles and Company, or anywhere else for that matter, but it happened at this place. It was disgusting and made me nauseous. It made me wonder where they obtain the chicken they put in their food. In addition, the noodles were overcooked and lacking enough cheese sauce. I will never return to this location again!

Service was amazing , but there needs to desperately be some deep cleaning. Our food came with burnt chard bits in the food. Ordered from another noodles today and all the chicken was burnt to a crisp, dirty old oil is being used for sure.

Was not worth the money. I got the cauliflower rigatoni Fresca, they didn’t put any spinach, that I wanted, on it. Noodles were hard, not done. Paid extra for this meal and it wasn’t good at all. This location hasn’t been good during lunch and getting worse. Keep giving them a chance, but keep being disappointed. I won’t be going here anymore, but worth the$$.

Taste like you microwaved decent restaurant food from the day before. They use about 2 tbps of sauce per meal. I’ve posted a picture of the food and bottom of the bowl. Which is basically dry.

Went here for a quick lunch with my daughter on her lunch break a couple of weeks ago. It took 45 minutes to get our food and when we finally got it… it was cold. There were at least 7-8 people also waiting for food for as long as we did and some people started leaving without their food! Only 3 people working. Won’t be back.

We have ordered from Noodles a few times for large, team orders and they never disappoint. Food is always prepared on time and they even go as far as to label everything for us, the manager and the rest of their staff is always super welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend this location!

Busy location during lunch time. It took a bit longer than normal to get out two orders. The building itself did not have too many people sitting down eating. But the to-go orders were extremely busy. From what I could see there were five staff members present. But it still took us almost 25 mins to get our order when we place at the counter. I do not believe the order was complicated as it was of the menu without additions. I am sure this is not normal.
