Not only are all of the employees wearing sunglasses indoors which makes me wonder what they are on but today I found part of a broken off toothpick in my meal. Of course they are all quick to say that no one there chews on toothpicks. Hmmmm….. did I get part of someone else’s partially eaten meal mixed in with mine or what??? Needless to say I am disgusted and I won’t ever eat here again!!! I also can’t help but notice that not every review gets attention by corporate. It makes me wonder if they really care about their customers.

We had a great experience at this noodles and company. We arrived around 1215 to a pretty busy lunch crowd with takeout and instore diners. we ordered three meals, all were prepared as expected and delivered to our table within 10 minutes and hot. The staff was friendly, but I would say they appeared to be understaffed.. will definitely be returning in the future.

We have had to wait for a long time here before but tonight we called ahead & it was better. Just because it is in a “regular” bowl doesn’t make it a regular. My bowl was half full. There was also about 3-4 pieces of meat.

I went there recently asked for Parmesan chicken multiple time on my pesto and pene rosa, cashier repeated it back but when I got home they didn’t put it in this isn’t the first time this happens. Very disappointing when one is paying for the chicken $6.50 and for us to not even get it.

The drink machine was out of ice, syrup and carbonation .. yet you still sold us drinks ( costing $5 ) and acted like nothing was wrong when the machine literally wouldn’t dispense drinks. The 2.8 rating is completely indicative of the experience here

11/4/22 walked in on a Fri night at 6pm. No one in line and it took over 30min to get the food because only 2 employees were working the kitchen. Food was cold and poorly put together. I don’t fault the workers for being understaffed but the owner needs to get his staff his help because people were walking out and asking for refunds. I should have as well.
