If I could do negative stars on service, I would. However, the teenager that was working was so disrespectful and rude. He stated that I looked homeless and so I could not use the bathroom because I was in sweatpants and a sweatshirt. I bought a cookie and then while walking to the bathroom, I started to urinate on myself because he made me wait to use the bathroom because he said that they don’t allow homeless people to use the restroom and that you have to buy something before and I told him I would buy something after I use the restroom. It was an emergency and he was still rude I think you should be fired or his employer needs to start teaching them how to be more respectful to customers. I also bought the two other kids in line their meals with 100 bill!

I ordered to go. When I sat down to eat, it was VERY dry, no sauce. I ordered extra meat which they put it all on top of the noodles. Please teach your employees how to make an order. Also, I did not add a tip. But, I saw that it was added for me, without my consent.☹

The staff was absolutely amazing, I will drive further just to see this staff the are absolutely wonderful. I try not to go to noodles and co because usually there staff is not friendly. But this location was definitely different even the kitchen staff smiled .

My son loves the mac and cheese here, and made me rate this a 5. Personally, I like the Pad Thai. That’s the great thing about Noodles, has something for everyone. Very friendly staff, nice seating area indoor/outdoor, try it out!

I always order from this location, but the past 2 times I’ve ordered from here I have been missing items. The first time was a rice crispy, this time it was my entree. They were very nice when I called about it and issued a refund both times with no issues, but this isn’t something that should be happening so often :/

Did you people forget that this is an apartment complex and there are people that live here? It’s 1:30 in the morning, and you have your loud, careless, disrespectful delivery company slamming things in and out of that truck like it’s 3 in the afternoon. How inconsiderate to not let people sleep. It’s been a banging for the last hour and disrespectful to the entire community.

Definitely has gone downhill over the years, especially at this location. The service is slow, food was cold and tasteless and customer service was poor. Didn’t bring any flatware so we had to ask. No ice in the ice machine, and didn’t seem to care if there was any. All the food was cold, as if they made one dish at a time and let it set there as it took 25 minutes to get our meals. Staff was nice but seem really lazy. That being said, we won’t be back and probably won’t miss it. Our craving for Noodles & Co has finally diminished. Oh their brand of Sriracha sauce doesn’t come close to the original bad choice in trying to save a few bucks.
