The food was well made but lacking in flavor. The location dining room was clean and seemed well maintained. Very nice lighting. I did not use the bathroom. I like the use of real flatware as a nice touch. I got the macaroni and cheese meal deal. My friend got a chicken pesto something…? Both were very plain tasting. The meal came with a Crispy, a rice crispy treat. I wouldn’t mind trying again. Maybe something else will be more flavorful.

The food was good but the service needs some help. He asked of we needed silverware and then didn’t give any an when the order was ready we had to wait for the cashier to call out the name. Not terrible but needs a little refining on service

Wow, wonderful night crew, I was impressed. Peyton greets the customers and takes orders well. She helps to keep the back crew organized. John and Ben are very organized and fast. What I was really impressed with was how professional John was. He dresses well, wore a mask, very clean. Touched some old containers that were empty, left the kitchen for a minute and came back and washed his hands. They all spoke respectfully to each other.. My food was perfect! Loved the day crew also. Great location!!! Will be eating there often.

I got 2 regular size bowls to go and both were only filled half way. If I hadn’t bought a bowl for lunch tomorrow I’d probably have to go back out and get dinner somewhere else. Definitely not going back, this place is a major rip off and after reading the other reviews not a chance in hell I’ll give them my business again.

This Noodles used to be great, but now I think it is one of the worst places to get food in all of Longmont! I walked in to pick up an order I placed an hour in advance only to wait for another 31 minutes. The food was cold and had poor taste. No one even tried to help me or see what order was mine even though I was standing at the pickup. PS I could understand if the place was packed but it wasn’t. The only customers in the place were take-out.

Super disappointed in my order. If you like pasta DO NOT TRY NOODLES AND COMPANY. They’re noodles have no sauce making them super dry. If you order extra sauce it’ll cost an additional $5 off on top of your DRY $20 noodles. I order pot stickers as an appetizer as well and got a tiny little sauce container that wasn’t even enough for their smallest order. Noodles and company had gone soooo down hill it’s NOT worth the money at all. Make pasta at home it’ll taste 10X better with generic sauce compared to “NOODLES” and company.

Keeps going downhill. Gift card system down so I couldn’t use that. Ordered a main, side, and drink and they charged me for each separately even though their menu clearly states you should save if you order it as a complete meal. When I asked, they said “sorry, we can’t do anything about that”. So my lunch, which should have been covered by a gift card, ended up costing me $22. Not impressed with service, prices are much higher than they should be for basic noodles – I could have done better at Olive Garden for less money to eat lunch.

I had ordered delivery, but the drinks had been forgotten by the driver. My options were i could go in and get coupons for free drinks. Or nothing. Not able to refund drinks. Not able to deliver drinks. And they had no phone number for the next in the chain of command. NOODLES AND COMPANY, it is time to clean house at this location. Your reputation is being damaged.
