Ordered Garlic cheese bread and Penne Rosa with extra sauce, through Grub Hub. So disgusting!!!! Noodles cold and dry! Garlic cheese bread was cold, rubbery and they threw the crusty burnt cheese from their pan in my bowl of bread! When I called the store, I spoke with someone named Liam or Lane, I believe he said. Told me he was the manager! When I told him the issue I had with the food, he told me to take it up with Grub Hub and hung up on me!!

I can’t believe how bad noodles and company has become. Not just this location either. Please reconsider either your cooking process or new recipes because the food is inedible. My picture is buttered noodles… which were complete mush.

I only give a 3 star purely for the inconvenience of this location now on 4 seprat occasions. 1 not a fault of their own to a point, but the delivery service they offer thru their app, which still unfortunately reflects them. This location I have had nothing but problems with my orders between missing items and only receiving 1/4 of my order. And yesterday I placed and order thru the app and waited I was out and about and it changed from 9-12 to 1-6 min then just stayed their for over 10 min finally went inside maybe a tech error no biggie no order ready waited a min or two and clerk asked if I was waiting on an order asked for the name looked around didn’t see anything went to the computer then asked to see my confirmation and informed me that unfortunately they will have to remake my order ? So I waited she handed one bag, and then a guy rushed behind her to ensure I got my full order. Unfortunately , as stated before, this has now been like the 5th error, just with this location and order on the with pickup in person or delivery with the app. But food usually is always good when we get our full order.

Noodles is always good. I love this place because it’s clean, fast and just a super casual spot. However, I’m leaving this review today because the Gentleman working, Liam, was sooooo great! He was at the register when we walked in(no one else was in there btw), took our order with a smile, food was fast and fresh.

Noodles is a quick-serve, order at the counter causal restaurant. In addition to salads and soups, they serve a variety of noodle based meals. The broad noodle categories are Macs, Zoodles (zucchini noodles), Classic and Asian. On the menu, they list 9 vegetarian entrees and 4 gluten free entrees. They also offer 4 kids menu entrees. Although the front entrance opens wide (two doors) and is level with the parking area, they do not have a door opener for those with limited mobility. My entree, lemon sauce zucchini asparagus with chicken bowl, was tasty. I was a bit surprised my food wasn’t hotter in temp given they appear to custom prepare each order. I found the portion size to be adequate for the $11.00 price. The staff was friendly enough, but did seems to be slightly understaffed for the lunch rush, but my wait was reasonable. The freestyle coke beverage machine is a plus. Pro tip: I believe you can swap out regular noodles for zucchini noodles on any entree for $1. If you found this review helpful, please hit “like”.

This picture is how much you get from a regular size order. The staff is nice enough but the portions don’t justify the ten dollars spent. Go to the the noodles in Centerra if you’re in this area a short drive will double your food for the dollar.
