I come here about once a week for lunch. Joe is always really friendly, professional, and accommodating. Today I was waiting on a to go order and the general manager was in the restaurant. He noticed that the order was taking a while and offered me a couple of meal coupons for the wait.

To say the food was terrible is an understatement. It was beyond salty – it tasted like they dumped Morton salt on the whole dish. The noodles were mushy and lukewarm. The lady at the order counter was totally unfriendly. It was also so expensive for what you got. $18 a person when you don’t even get a drink is absurd. Everyone took like 3 bites and didn’t finish. Wish I could ask for a refund.

Oh God
I usually love the food but I tried the potstickers and they weren’t good. They were cold. But my biggest issue was our cashier. She was very rude and very cold. She had no customer service at all and I did not want to talk to her because I knew I would be met with a snappy response. Her name tag says “Jo =)”. If I come in again and see her I will be taking my business elsewhere.

A while back I went here solely because I was given a coupon when donating blood, so I thought I’d try this place. I went in, ordered, showed the coupon and was VERY VERY RUDELY told they wouldn’t accept the coupon (that specifically listed their location’s address) because “someone might have copied it.” What!? Literally makes no sense. If you don’t want to honor your own coupons, don’t give them out!! I cancelled my order and walked out and went to a neighboring test who had much better service instead. I’ve never been back, and get irked every time I drive by any Noodles and Co, which is why I’m leaving this review now quite a while after this happened.

I feel really bad coming back and changing my review to be negative since this is one of my favorite restaurants, but the last couple of times we have come here, the experience has been extremely poor. The cashiers and cooks are extremely unhappy, they don’t smile or have good customer service, and are extremely grouchy with you when asking for something. I could look past most of this, as they are probably experiencing short staff and that’s hard, but the last two times we went we payed a good chunk of money for fountain drinks, and then the soda machines were not working. Both times we asked an associate to see if there was something wrong or if they could fix them, and nothing happened the entire time we were there to resolve the issue. All of the soda flavoring was completely gone so we were essentially drinking fizzy water when we must have paid at least $10 just for two drinks. I’m incredibly disappointed with this particular Noodles & Co, especially because I love this place, but this location has really let me down.

The staff was friendly we asked for light sauce on the pad thai and they ended up over saucing both the pad thai and the pesto. The tables were a little bit messy we ended up finding one that wasn’t too bad. We were in a hurry or we would have got our money back because we didn’t finish our meal. It was soupy and not good at all!

Employees were on their phones for the entire duration of our visit, while a manager was watching. They were all inattentive to the concerns of customers. The soda machine needed to be refilled, and instead of anyone doing anything to remedy the situation, they were on their phones, engrossed in them.

I remember coming here and there was music playing in the restaurant, but it was basically silent last night when I went in to pick-up my quick order. They failed to tell me they were out of mushrooms and tomatoes in their Penne Rosa, which is the whole reason why we went there to begin with, because my wife was craving it.

So…I ordered through Uber Eats. I started with the Mac and cheese. It was god awful. Basically elbows with some cheese melted over part of it. Bleah.

Ordered 2 meals and they didn’t get the meals right. Bowls only half full. Staff all teenagers spent more time chatting it up than worried about orders. Won’t go back to a noodles and company again. As for not getting the meals right I brought it up and was told I got what was rung up. Not how can we make it right or sorry about that, just that was what was rung up. Way over priced for the amount of food recieved not sure how they stay in business. Food wasn’t bad but definitely not worth the price for the portion size, assuming that the portion recieved was correct
