Noodles & company has just steadily gone downhill and it’s a shame, used to love eating here. This was my second attempt ordering from this location since I live down the street but I won’t be back after this. It was terrible both times. Japanese pan noodles had MAYBE one tiny spoonful of sauce. Got the parmesan crusted chicken instead of the regular grilled I asked for and it was extremely dry. I hate that I paid for such low quality food.

I’m sad that noodles restaurants everywhere seem to be struggling because I used to love this chain but it feels like the food quality has gone downhill… I ordered in person for the first time in forever, usually use the app, and without realizing, the cashier charged for chicken breast on my dish and I’m vegetarian. I didn’t ask for chicken, she didn’t ask me confirm it on my order. I didn’t notice until I got home and at that point it was too late, I just ate around it. Just make sure your front end people are confirming orders.

We used to like the food at Noodles and Company. Tonight, our Pad Thai and Mac and Cheese tasted like it was pre-made in plastic bags, microwaved, then dumped into bowls. We had to bake and eat chocolate chip cookies at home to get the taste of disappointment out of our mouths. Shaka, when the walls fell.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place & this was my first visit to noodles & company. Not only was the service extremely slow but they forget some of my food!!

The staff were very nice but need training on proper food safety protocols which is a big deal for someone like me who runs a restaurant and obsesses over this stuff. The food was fine. The restaurant feels clean and well-maintained.

I love this place. Before I was introduced I always thought it was a Ramen place. Glad I found out otherwise. I am frustrated that any restaurant will be defeated by supply issues. No toasted garlic bread? With Italian food? Serious? Way lame. Way, way lame. Still, the food on their menu is tops. Delish and fresh. My son introduced me, ordering for me, and he nailed exactly what I love. I really like their Tortellini Rosa w/ Parmesan crusted chicken. (I don’t need the bread . . . But I want it!)

I hadn’t been here in a few years due to dietary restrictions, but decided to give them another try. I won’t be going back–not to this location anyway. I ordered just mac and cheese. They weren’t super busy, but I had to wait 10+ minutes. There were other people there longer than I was. And the mac and cheese was a joke. Very little cheese and it was just thrown on top. It hadn’t melted away all when I opened it. Overall, a huge disappointment.

Noodles tasted like the always do (though a little undercooked this time), always yummy. However, they no longer serve in real bowls and the plastic to-go containers have so many ridges a lot of the sauce gets eaten up by the container. Please change containers or go back to real dishes for dine-in.

The last few times I’ve gotten food here there has been a problem. Today they did not give me my pot stickers, so I had to drive back. They did make me a fresh order, but seemed unconcerned. Also, both pasta dishes I ordered were so dry, you could barely eat them.
